- One too many doorways can turn a room into a de facto hallway that’s passed through rather than used. But for this space that opens onto the media room and office in our 2021 Whole Home, Dallas-based designer Jean Liu of Jean Liu Design knew the perfect solution: an elevated sipping room with a fully operational wet bar.

Beautiful! The main designer has such tranquility about her.
I am blown away!!! Wow! And the designer’s voice is heavenly on top of that😄

I loved it. So soothing and beautiful. Tranquility with relaxing wines. Just perfect.
As a designer myself, she nailed it she taking design & function beautifully. I like how she did for the tasting room. the space planning in difficult layout like that its not easy and still she nailed it. Many design elements i can learn from this thank you so much
Very nice spaces! I loved the framed mural…soo different and creative!
Glad you like it!
great job
I love the spaces!
Perfection!
This builder needs to stop with the ugly brick walls. JEEZ!!! I live in Texas and I hate brick walls. They serve no purpose...
Wow, Tyler must have family or a friend in masonry. He wants stone or brick in every room!
that breeze room is mind blowing...i m so gona try to steal that idea with those funky frames. the tile and wall color in that small kitchen r fantastic. and OMG, that tasting room is divine, and i m not even a modernist or minimalist lover. the furniture, the custom piece under window on the whole wall is beyond... i love this designer and want to see more of her.
Very pretty love the blush pink color! Love this series I live for these home builds and designers ! Amazing series ! I love all the designers unique colorful style!
The breeze way light fixture is gorgeous but in Texas and the heat a fan would be more practical
Thanks so much for sharing!
It’s always fun to watch but there’s so much talking and not enough showing of what the designers done in the room...
If I hear Tyler insist on brick one more time, I will pinch my nipples with a fluffly bird feather. Mr. Tyler O'Brick.
Beautiful calming design, the designer's personality and taste is very evident in this room. Well done.
Omg, I have been on the hunt for a banquette. Where can I purchase the one used in the tasting room?
Rugs are not supposed to be expensive... An an Iranian, I can't relate. Rugs are the most expensive pieces in a house.
Why did he put that hideous brick wall there it's so Yahoo. He truly messed up that design.
Didn't get a WOW factor.
Very little sense of style, more a pastiche of bargain basement items strewn about.
Wasn’t my taste.
So sterile. This made me unsubscribe
