@@lianelikes Yes! It’s so good! It’s quickly becoming a favorite of mine, and I think it will be my first full-size bottle of a Diamine Inkvent ink. If you don’t get a chance to try it sooner, I’ll definitely have to share that one. 🤘🏼😸

I think I stirred the pot regarding culling one's collection to10 pens. My pens are for very personal use, so I don't need many, and I don't have the budget for a large collection. I stated my opinion, which is always quite frank, and upset some people.I assure you, no one should have been offended or felt like they were being judged. Just my frankness, and I don't pull any punches if I think it's important. This is an acquired taste for some, perhaps many...

I definitely want to try the journaler nib. The Taccia Benitsuchi just went on my wish list.. beautiful color choices. I also have Nostalgic honey inked this month. Brilliant brown has been on my list also.

@@lianelikes I inked it in my Sailor Profit in Ivory. It has a medium nib. I am loving this color. It flows really good in this pen.
Oh boy, Liane xD now you know how I feel about shimmers in TWSBIs! XD Well, at least, my Diamond Twsbis have been crappy with shimmers. My ECO Medium seems to have done pretty well with the shimmers I've put in them so far, but that's not a lot to begin with. I think Esterbrooks and Leonardos do so well with shimmers, they are so great! :D I really love Nostalgic Honey. I may have to get a bottle of that now!
Yeah, the TWSBI's have been unreliable with shimmers. I can't go back, I love my Esterbrook with shimmer!!!

Great video. I think the Wearingeul Othello might actually be cool. I think (I don't own it, just looking at pics) it has some blue undertones which would pull it toward cool. I so much appreciate the vibe of your vids. Thank you.
Urrr, in other pics the undertone seems to be lavender, which is generally considered cool as well, but...??? I love how greys can be so mysterious and complex.
Thanks for the feedback, I will have to do some research to really know if inks lean more warm/cool. You are likely right!
Same problems here with my TWSBI getting clogged with shimmer inks :/ I don’t have the stub nibs - but use broad nibs for the TWSBI. The particles clog the feed too.
I've tried TWSBI broads too, didn't really like that experience, either.

So strange! I picked up the Pelican Brilliant Brown and it is orange with no hint of brown. I was hoping for the color you have.
You may need to try it in an assortment of pens, hopefully you will find a combo that reveals some of the brown, too! But it is definitely an orange-y brown.
