میرا نیچےکا بلڈ پریشر جوانی یعنی 16 یا17 سال کی عمر سے اب تک یعنی 48 سال کی عمر تک 85 سے 93 تک ھے اور اپر کا بلڈ پریشر پہلے 110 سے 120 تک ھوتا تھا اور اب 118 سے 132 تک رہتا ہے اور میں کھانوں میں تیز نمک بھی استعمال کرتا ھوں کیا مجھے اس سے متعلق فکر کرنی چاہیے رہنمائ فرما دیں جب کے میری والدہ کا بلڈ پریشر ہائی رہتا ہے اور وہ نمک نہ ھونے کے برابر استعمال کرتی ہیں جبکہ میری دادی اماں جو 105 سال کی عمر میں فوت ھویں انتہای تیز نمک کا استعمال کرتی تھیں اور ان کا بلڈ پریشر کبھی بھی 120/80 سے آگے پیچھے نہیں ھوا تھا اور ان کا کہنا تھا کہ نمک بلڈ پریشر نہیں ھونے دیتا اس یونیک کیس کے متعلق ڈاکٹرز کی کیا رائے ھے
