My horizontal lines weren't printing as thick as yours so I had to go into the same setting Home -> Maintenance -> and then run through all of the print head tests and power cleaning and therein I could do the print head alignment!!! So just wanted to leave this comment in case that happened to any one else. But I wouldn't have figured it out without this video first!

ugh...this didn't help with mine. And that test paper with black bloks...all of them have forizontal lines on the bottom block and thin line between the blocks. Fisrt time I printed today, there was annoying lines, but teh first was best quality still! After all these cleanings etc. lines were drastically worse.

Hi! After this didn’t work, I did the what was it called, i don’t know. 🤷🏼‍♀️ But the more completely cleaning process for this, it used more inks and colors. That clening system is included on the printer. And was it 12 or 24 hours you can print first time again after the cleaning. That was succesfull for me. Lines disappeared and quality was much better!
