I mean they fixed the bugged cutscene of going with her to avernus, and it is done great, RIP AND TEAR !!!... However, what we really want is the upper city content to fix her engine and live a happy life retired in a farm with little ones...
Now this... Even though she had to go back to hell!! Anyone who took the time to know her whole backstory and helped her through the entire game knows this is a damn GOOD ENDING!! Nothing I would love more than to fight hell side by side with her!!! Thank you larion for listening to us!! Y'all are the best!!!! I know this is a long shot but imagine if they come out with mini side stories later on where if you did this ending with Karlach you and her go and take down Zarial!!! That would be all the dreams coming true!!! But take your wins where you could get them and this right here is a big win for all us Karlach lovers so I'll take it!!! Thank you again Larian!!! This right here along with all the other things y'all are doing for the game already shows you guys truly care for your community!!! You guys deserve game of the year along with many more awards!!! You have my vote!!! Amazing masterpiece of a game!!! Totally worth the wait!!
The initial sequence where Karlach says "I love you" while about to die is completely heartbreaking 😢 But in the end, we managed to save her life and live side by side fighting devils ❤
I’m still loocking for a way to fixe her engine but i am totally good with this ending she is so badass in this scene if they a dlc on avernus with her and us i would be in heaven
I still see this as a middle finger for Karlach. There were ways to fix her heart. The game implied we could fix it. Lore wise you should be able to help her. This is not a good ending. It's the same ending we already got but with a non bugged cutscene.
There’s an encounter with a Steel Watcher that it tells Karlach her engine is an obsolete model that would be impractical and impossible to try to fix/upgrade

@@Chordgaille Except they definitely implied that something at the Steelwatch foundry could be done to fix her heart. You even get an enriched infernal iron item drop from one of the watchers. I'll never forgive Larian for railroading us into go to hell or die. Knowing that the choices are still piss poor has completely killed my desire to play through the game again. When I saw the update I thought maybe they did the smart thing and added the way to let her stay in Faerun, but now that I know you still can't, I just can't be bothered.
To help karlach survive, i needed to left my love romance shadowheart back and couldnt live a happy family life with her 😢 damn these endings never really end good
