Hi, unfortunately all purpose cream won’t thicken if you whip it so your frosting will be runny and difficult to ice your cake with, so I don’t recommend it. But you can still try though if your all-purpose cream is really cold and thick enough.
This is my favorite roll cake or any cake with mango flavor. I watched your video carefully and look at your ingredients/ description. Para Hindi nakakalito all dry ingredients must be followed right away with the wet ingredients like oil and etc. so we can mix them gradually together with the dry ingredients. The ingredients for the meringue should be printed separately below the cake ingredients. In your recipe for the frosting you don't have cream but in your video you added cream for the final mixture. I'm expecting that you will add mango flavor but you did not add it. What you did is just add sliced mango on top of the cake. Thanks.

Hi, yes it is somewhat the same but the double cream is a bit thicker. You can use either thickened cream or whipping cream, whichever you prefer.
