It's a good thing you showed the house on a rainy day.A Luxury property but the balcony is almost flooded.😅In lagos state that rains for about 6months in a year,they used artificial grass on the balcony,retaining water.Smart design!!This is why cities like lagos need to plant more trees 🌳 than anywhere else,it's a protection against the element.

For instance, the use of natural light is excellent, but optimizing window placement could enhance energy efficiency even more. Additionally, while the overall layout is efficient, some spaces could be reimagined to improve flow and maximize usability. Addressing these minor details could elevate the design from great to exceptional.

You don’t just call luxury when the things you used in building are all cheap Because it lools big spacious and many many light don’t mean crap . People like you haven’t bought any property of such .
