No offense but i think if you utilized cancel combos more then your opinions on vegeta, goku, and bardock would change. Great saiyaman is also a good contender for top tier once you get the hang of his strings.
I think metal cooler is really op and won me a lot of tournaments… just use final form cooler until your one shot then you have full health metal cooler to sweep
