i find it so funny that the best wdt of this kind is the 3d printed one (umikot) . the off center spirographic style really leaves no trenches. these do
I haven’t tried Umikot but I had something similar in the past and wasn’t that impressed. This mhw wdt I think I will keep. Not perfect but definitely good enough for me and improves my workflow vs standard wdt
@@mycoffeeshow111 I tried a few and most are centered and that is the bad thing. I am working on modifying the umikot. Ill send one your way when I'm done if your channel has a po box or something

Sure thing. It is relatively easy to adjust the depth but I just started playing with it.

@@mryoyo7741 I don’t like to go too deep or the middle would leave an imprint on the puck. I just started playing with it yesterday though.

Just take care when you put to deepest adjustment the needles tips will touch the surface of the table which may damage the needles 😮
I love the spiralized WDT. I found a 3d printed one on Amazon for about $38 USD. They work.
$38 is a very decent price if it works. I paid £65 for this one.
It looks so fun to use, if it works well it would be the perfect tool
I think it is as good as it can be. Not perfect but nothing really is. Is it better than simple WDT? Well, I will try to find out for you.
