Brett Morris @ NAB Show 2019 | Maxon Cinema 4D

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Brett Morris began his career studying film and working across the production spectrum of feature, broadcast and commercial work before relocating to Los Angeles. The technical problem solver with a design eye you could say, Brett is known for his direction and 3D technical direction skills. Involved at all stages of production, from concept, look development, custom pipeline implementation as well as compositing workflows to keep the train on the track. Likes a challenge, loves to solve it while making beautiful design and animation along the way.
"Naga's flagship video was created on a compressed timeline of ten weeks to execute 90 seconds of animation, Brett built out a pipeline that would allow for the most amount of creativity and exploration while being able to meet rendering demands and deadlines. The enormous task of developing, designing, modeling and animating 15 cities required upfront time and energy to have all ideas approved and in production as quickly as possible. In this presentation, Brett will walk through his process for building our a complex animation system, easily with the help of Mograph and Greyscale Gorilla's Signal.
