This is pretty much a set up episode, in terms of characters, their stances and what's going to happen in later episodes.

I'd have to disagree with you on your critique. Episode 2 in all of the telltale games is there to develop characters so that the remaining episodes you'd care about them or at least get interested in them. Episode 2 in season 1 did the same thing. It developed Bruce and Selina's relationship for the big payoff in episode 3 while also (depending on choices) makes Two-Face. This episode was good because you either end with Bane or Harley in charge. Harley can't handle the police on her own but Bane can so it sets up something interesting in episode 3.

I totally disagree with this. Harley's voice actor wasn't copying TAS voice actor. It was a unique version of the character and saying the ending wasn't a good cliffhanger is flat out wrong. The Pact have Riddlers body. We're intrigued by this and want to find out why. Catwoman is working with the Pact. Why is she doing this? What is she doing for them? And Bane or Harley gets captured. If Harley is John becomes angry and slightly Joker like. How do these points not make a good cliffhanger?

Sammy Samosa actually, no she does not. Not always. If you already played with it, you know that she can also speak on deeper voice, what's kinda cool. I dunno, I like her a lot tbh.

This is honestly one of the best episodes I’ve played in all of batman telltale’s episodes. Terrible review. I’m way more interested now with what’s gonna happen. Especially with Selina showing up

Shahanshah of Persia it's also possible that the decline in quality is the result of the departure of the original team that worked the first season of The Walking Dead game as they are no longer working for Telltale games anymore.

What? No! This episode was fantastic. It put Bruce both in the position within crime and law. Harley Quinn, instead of being annoying and submissive, was an absolute badass. Her voice fit her character paired with her great dialogue. Joker was entertaining as usual. I loved it.
I really liked it. I feel like episode 1 was the prelude to the story and this episode was the set-up for the arc for the rest of the season. I liked how little choices came back and the introductions of the new characters which we'll surely see for the rest of the season. Stealing with Harley was also pretty hard, going against your/Batman's morals.
Pluwo YES, that's what I'm saying. This episode put Bruce out of his element and gave him a sense of what it's like to be a criminal. Also, this episode was mainly meant to set up the next 3 episodes

This episode was insane, sorry IGN but you are wrong. There were so many moments that changed the opinions of people around you that I never saw coming! Way better than the first episode when it comes to dialogue.

I loved this episode, but i think its stupid how long telltale makes us wait between each episode. They should make sure all 5 episodes are complete and then release 1 episode each week.

I actually really like this episode and I give it an 8/10. Why so negative
The reason this isn’t as action-packed or as “eventful” as episode one is because Telltale’s goal in the first episode was to hook you into the series. This episode was to lay the plot and develop the characters before the action resumed in later episodes. This episode wasn’t outstanding by any means, but it deserved at least a 7.5 in my opinion.

Don’t listen to them it’s good
I enjoyed the episode. Although I was a bit surprised of the roles some of the characters had. Harley for instance...she basically ran the whole gang. However, I did sort of like how they did it. Sooner or later, The Joker is going to run the whole show soon I bet.
Wow. Only a five? I couldn’t disagree more. I have never felt so invested in Bruce Wayne as a character as I did during this episode. Granted, the setup was a bit unorthodox considering that Bruce Wayne as Bruce Wayne would never fine himself in this situation, but the exchanges between him and “John” and Harley Quinn were really interesting. Also, the swap in the power dynamic between Harley and “John” is one of the most intriguing relationships I’ve ever seen between those two characters.

Episode 3 was the best for me. #2 wasn't bad, just kind of boring and existing merely to set up 3.
But I liked this episode, a lot. Lol
oh come on, it was really good. More Bruce-centric than the first episode of season 2, so if you are leaning more Bats than Bruce, then maybe you have a point, but it was good. I liked Harley's voice, not too cartoony which could've been weird (Tara Strong is my fav Harley so I do like the cartoony voice) in the story Telltale has been doing. Not as good as the first episode of season 2, and overall one of the slowest episodes, but not bad by any stretch of imagination. Only reason its at or near the bottom of the list is cuz the entire series has been great.
