    Have you tried the Yamamoto snagfree tube right. Weedless and drops like a normal tube

    Great video. You wil not believe me we I tel you this but finding a tube in South Africa is about impossible. The only tube you can find if you lucky is a zoom tube 3,75 and 4,25. Than you are limited to maybe 3 coulers. Green pumpkin , junbug red and watermelon. I would love to give it a shot but it's not a sitaineble bait by us. Would love to fish it more.

      I realy tel you their is very little to no one fishing tubes in South Africa. I know you wil make a killing with a tube in ower water.

      @@iamalemontree if you have really thick weeds an 1/8 oz may be a better option and less likely to fall deep in the stuff.

      @@iamalemontree I use a braid to fluoro leader on a medium power rating. Usually has a fast action. The leader is most often 10lb.

      @@iamalemontree I usually stay in that 1/4 to 3/8 range. But some folks like the 1/2 for skipping.

      @@iamalemontree I have used both the Bite Me tube head and the Bass Pro Goof-E tube head. The Bass Pro one the eye is cross-eyed or perpendicular to the length of the jig head and the Bite Me is positioned inline. I can't say as that I prefer one over the other.

    Never understood why they put all the salt on a tube. No other soft plastic I know of has the amount tubes do

      Some of them do have a lot for sure. The bottom of the bags will be full of salt.

      You definitely could. I don't use a lot of scent myself, but a tube is a great lure for it. When I have used scent with a tube I always prefer the liquid scent and squirt some into the tube itself and let it dissipate that way. Excellent question!

      The Gitzit tube supercedes the flying lure by at least a decade but the flying lure was a cool bait too
