Should be possible by adding the dxvk files to the game's folder, haven't tried yet though

How much do performance does turning of transparency multi sample give?
Helps lower drops in performance when effects show up close to the player's view (smoke, explosions, etc)

Would love to play the first ones on a handheld but it’s awful.
I don't get frame generation. Our visual cortex will smooth out games just like it does with movies if you don't focus so much on counting frames, screen tearing ,etc. It's how gamers survived the early consoles on CRT TV.
If I focus on the floaters in my eyes I find them annoying but the majority of time I don't notice them. The same if I count how many times a movie is cut up I find it annoying.
I understand in multiplayer you want to best frame rate possible since if everything else is even then the one who has the fastest framerate will have a slight advantage.
For example if both players has 50 ms internet lag and one player is running 30 fps = 83ms vs someone with 60 fps = 66ms. A 16ms advantage may be all that is needed to shoot the other player instead of getting shot.
But with frame generation it increases some lag at least a frame behind. It must delay one frame in order to have two frames to compare to generate the in between fake frame.
For singleplayer works pretty well actually, specially if your base is at least 50 fps

It feels a bit smoother actually, you should try it, the artifacts are very minor in FO4, I had to look closely
@@SantiagoSantiago I get 60 fps is smoother than 30 fps but if I'm into a game and not focusing on the frame rate then I won't notice the extra smoothness. I have enjoyed the earlier consoles without knowing the frame rate.
It's the same when I'm into a movie I'm not noticing how much the movie is chopped up into pieces.
Yeah I get it, I just get to the settings I like and turn off the fps counter, felt pretty smooth so far

Steam deck can play well at lower wattages. FO3 though not sure why so much power usage
