You should have just left Wyll dead outside the grove. They then never seem to figure out how to close the gate. Not sure how long the gate stays open, but it makes coming and going much easier. No waiting for the Gate opening and closing animation.
Finally beat honor mode with my lore bardadin. Although Laezel and Minthara really were the ones doing the beating. I mostly just applied radiating orbs at the end. Used a bit of barrelmancy for the brain itself. Shadowheart placed 30 bombs next to the elder brain and then ran away. Laezel shot a fire arrow. And Minthara threw Wulbren's runepowder bomb for the killing blow.
@@mythicaledeg I played an origin character. It was mostly a good run. Although I skipped the coronation, so Duke Ravenguard had to die. Astarion left because I didn't let him ascend. Took all my best caster gear. I accidentally burned Minsc to death after knocking him unconscious so Jaheira also left with more of my caster gear. I pretty much did a full clear, so I had like 12 allies at the end. I let the Emperor snack on Orpheus and then had to use my persuasion on Laezel and Voss. Emperor told me to kill the elder brain so I did. Romance was Minthara, but her act3 scene didn't trigger. And I think maybe one other scene got skipped near the end. I should probably take a break from BG3 but I am tempted to go for another run. I'd like to play me and Minthara as druids, with Shadowheart for bless and Gale for double haste. I wanna go all in on the explosive icicle spell that the water myrmidon has.

Minthy is best 😅Same thing happend to me but with Gale he took all the gear and left because i didn't let him chew on the magical boots 😂what game would you be playing after bg3 if you don't mind me asking? hi the idea was 6 monk 3 thief 3 fighter for crit improvement or respec to level 12 shadow monk with shadow blade (from arabella ring) + shadow strike with resonance stone sadly we never got to try it 🥲
