I watched 10 other videos that didn't explain what I was looking for UNTIL I came across this video. Thank you 😊
Thank you for getting to the point and explaining with such clarity and precision.
This was a life saver for my virtual presentation. Thank you!
The ONLY video that explains the process! Much love to you.
Very helpful and kind of you to put this together for us newbies. Thank you so much!
you are amazing!! love your genuine vibe, thank you so much it was so helpful xxx
Hello. Have you noticed that the presenter view was switched? The pop-out window is not the one that's going to be dragged to the second monitor but the main Canva site. Is there a way to switch it back?
To the point, clear and useful! Thanks a lot!
If I could thumbs up this video 100 times I would! I've played around with different screen share options but never the portion option. Thank you! This is a life changer 😄🙌🏼
Thank you so much, Cola! that was so helpful. I am just at the beginning of my marketing journey. I'm doing my first presentation next week. Your instructions were so clear and helpful. 🙏
Thank you! I was struggling to figure this out!
literally a life saver - thank you!!
Thank you for this great tutorial! I was just wondering what would happen if you picked the Audience View window under "basic" instead?
Yeah I feel like that would work better
Hi, I just was wondering the same. Couldn't find any reason why not. So I asked Cola, maybe she has a very good reason!
SO helpful! Thank you!
Subscribed! THat was awesome and clear and kind and lovely! Thnak you!
Exactly what I needed! Subscribed
thank you so much. this will help me tremendously with my future pitch competitions
very helpful It showed me exactly what I needed. especially for recording my screen. So I used this same concept. just to record my screens in zoom or any other screen recording software.
This was very helpful! Thank you!
Thank you so much - you're incredible!
Very helpful thank you!!
Can't I just drag the little browser (the one that you use for a portion of the screen) to a new screen/desktop (Mac users) and then just make sure I share that screen?
Hi Cola, thank you so much for this video. It really helped me with an ad-hoc client question. Very helpful! However, just out of curiosity for learning purposes: when I share a part of the screen in Zoom, why should that be the audience window? Couldn't I just make the presenter window full screen and then show a part of that screen? Or am I missing something important? Thank you for thinking along. Bye Vera
Yes, you can just "share" the presentation inside the presenter view so that your audience only see your slides but you see the full screen with notes.
The problem with both of these options is that your audience sees a much smaller version, not a full-screen version. This happens with what you said and what Cola suggests, but with her solution, her audience will see an even smaller and lower resolution version of the presentation.
What you really want is two monitors so that you can move the audience presentation to your second monitor and only share that full screen.
This is of course not useful advice if you only have a laptop or can only get one monitor.
I have a feeling you can maybe use AirPlay to use a second device as a second screen for this purpose but I've not tested this yet.
love the name Cola. I always wanted to name my Daughter this.
This has been so helpful Cola! side note, my beloved dog is named Kola! ok, so I love what you just taught me, how do I actual have the chat available in my presentations and see my attendees? I generally interact with them. I have been using Canva and doing presentations with Zoom? Thank you !
super helpful!
Thank you so much 🎉great video
great video
It would be helpful for you to show how to advance through the slides too! Thnx.
Would this be the same for Teams?
THANK YOU!
would it be the same if you are using a projector?
perfektní, to musím zkusit 🙂
Thank you!
why is your "popout" the audience view and mine is the presenter view? I ask, because the popout doesn't have the internet bar/tab. I'd prefer my popout to be like yours so the audience doesn't see the internet address/bar
I had this working from your video and now I can’t get the screens to do what you did, it’s just not working 😢
I don't have Partial Screen Share!! Did Zoom remove this feature? I'm on a paid account too!
Hi, Your instructions were super helpful. I did come across a problem however when I did it - the images and text on my canva presentation came out a bit blurry on my zoom video recording. It was too blurry to be ok enough quality so I had to delete it, and then record directly on Canva instead. It was just the method here tat made it blurry, as if i record a screenshare on zoom otherwise, its not blurry. Do you have any ideas why this might have happened? I had the two windows open, like you showed in the demo. cheers, thanks so much
NOT the creator of this video but I had the same problems with platforms when using Safari (yes I have a Mac) when I switched to using chrome for those video meetings the video quality went way up . .. Maybe this helps, maybe not but lets hope it does!
How do I present on my tv with presenter view? I use my MacBook and I choose to screen mirror. However the audience sees everything.
I've followed this. It's great but when I select presenter view on canva I'm only getting presenter view. The audience option isn't popping up??
I think you have to click on the original canva presentation and the audience view prompt will pop up on it
I'm confused. Why not just share the Audience Screen by itself? In Presenter View, you can still see what they see.
Mine doesn't look like this. Frustrating.
Thank you so much 🥰🙌🏽🫶🏽
This was so helpful. Thank you!
