    # Issue with tower
You can achieve showing the shadow of the player when there is a wall in front of it by using shaders, or you can simply use the depth fade option in your materials, so the walls erase the front part of themself when the camera is near them

Hi, thanks for your advice! We already have the shadow of the player working, but that is still not enough to navigate the player on the stairs. I will try the depth fading!

Thanks for your feedback! Currently I am focusing more on the game mechanics, but later I will surely get to some lightning etc.

@@freedomcoding for devlogs is better to have good graphics

the graphics, UI, lightning in general looks really cheap and totally unpolished. If I were you I would start to focus more on polishing the visuals because the game looks HORRID.
This is my honest opinion from a developer point I hope you take this as feedback, don't give up on trying to improve. I believe with persistence you can turn this into something playable but the current state of it just doesn't look or feel nice, nor fun to play.
I hope you take this as positive feedback. Good luck

I presume you do understand that this game is under mobile development (which is very limited in terms of lights and shadows/ graphics as well.) and not PC. (This is not a final look of this game at all. It's called prototyping.)
What he's trying to show is the mechanics he made in this video and not graphical or lightning at all.
When you suggest a honest opinion or feedback. Specify what exactly is not right or where it should be improved because your feedback tells nothing (just that the game look horrid) which is absolutely not an opinion neither a feedback.
