- Hey guys this is a quick video I put together to rank all the wonder weapons in the new Black Ops Cold War Zombies map Die Maschine. Hey guys it seems like I forgot to mention the accumulative damage the Electrobolt does the longer you hold down the right trigger, and for that I apologize. I should have made sure to take that into consideration when analyzing the wonder weapons. I did some more testing and it looks like the electrobolt does up to 11750 damage per shot which is very good. And after testing each one on round 50, I would put the electrobolt at number 1, but I wouldn't change the rankings for any of the other variations. Again I apologize for this oversight and I will try to do better next time.
So would you put the electric D.I.E. at number 1 to use for the entire match?
@@CrestOfDragonar Yes I would just be cautious about holding the right trigger as the zombies on the later rounds can easily trap you.
@@AryA316 ok that’s good to know I would also use the base one too, because like you said the only down side is low ammo but it does very good damage and it can clear a whole mob of zombies and it does good damage towards the megaton’s💯💯

braedan what he means is that when you use the suction on an insta kill, anything you look at will instantly die as opposed to actually having to hit a target with a bullet. Insta kill with the suction also function like a max ammo for the WW cuz you instantly fill your ammo
The best strategy is shoot the nova variant at the ground in front of you and run through it so your hord of zombies follows you. Then turn around and hold LT. It slows the zombies and kills zombies super fast while they are stuck in the smoke and you pretty much get all of your ammo back.

The electric variation starts at 1k dps then 3k within about a second or 2, then maxed out at 7.5k dps, definitely not weak

I just started playing this game and I’ve been watching non stop videos on these weapons upgrades. Honestly best one I’ve seen so far!
Caution: This one is inaccurate as he never mentioned that the elec one has higher damage the longer you fire. So it does MASSIVE damage as long as you hold the trigger.
If you fully freeze an enemy with the cryo then suck it up, the zombie explodes and does a bunch of damage to everything around it.
The Cryo-emitter definitely needs a damage buff, but it can be super good in multiplayer as it slows the Bosses down by a significant margin, to the point where they are almost completely unable to move.
I want it in multiplayer now
It's hilarious how the non-upgraded version is the best version.
They really need to buff up the damage and effects of other upgrades.

So the Decompressive Isetopic Estrangement Shockwave having high ammo consumption is actually a good thing. It means it's easier to spend the ammo fast and get back to percent damage at the higher round with higher HP zombies.
If the Paralyzer and Mark 2 Ray Gun make a future return, I will scream like a teenage girl at a Justin Bieber concert.

@Catgod cuz thermo can still deal with enemies later on, but only in a straight line so its in the middle, ice is bad past round 20ish, and gas is bad a bit before ice

The electro bolt does more damage the longer you hold the trigger. It can melt megatons in later rounds. I usually run ring of fire so it does a lot more

Electrobolt: basically a machine gun with a good ammo pool. Becomes a sub optimal choice later.
Edit: doesn't this version start doing more damage the longer you fire it?
Cryo: kinda just electrobolt but with seemingly less penetration and a 3ed the ammo.
Thermal: basically a powerful shotgun that does a FK ton of damage but in a narrow line.
Gas: great hoard killer but sucks against bosses. Low ammo.
Base: it's a thundergun
So base is the best
In my opinion i think nova is pretty cool cause since it does aoe dmg and dmg over time if you use the alt fire while its active you get your ammo back quickly but thats just my experience

I'd like to talk about the freezing die : it is really cool as support because when you have a boss and a lot of zombies, you can freez the boss and it will give you the time to kill the zombies and dont get blocked..

Tbh I would have a shot gun for megatons because I have a hauer class that melts them in sometimes two shots and have a ray gun for hordes because of explosive damage

do we need any other upgrades for the wonder weapon other than ammo mod ? compared to normal weapons where we do 1 time ammo mode then tier 5 damage and 3 lvl massive damage upgrade.

What would you say the best one is after the buff and are the ice and fire ones still terrible?
They have since updated all of the D.I.E Upgrades. Electro is OP on high rounds now. Cry does significantly less damage.
What if this is used with the field upgrade toxic growth? Given the new update ??? Maybe do a recap with it see how it goes

Dude if you get Dr Strauss as your doctor, once you get the electro bolt, he literally says that the longer you fire it,.the stronger it becomes
11:51 pause it and it show the electro bolt doing 7500 damage then if you use the ring of fire for the 5x damage boost that is 37500 damage per tick and you are putting it in 4th
Every single last one of the Shockwaves would utterly be fixed if you could pack a punch them, and all three tiers. They could comfortably keep their current base damage and would be useful forever. Honestly looking at how pack a punch works in this game, doubling damage every pack, makes me seriously wonder if the Shockwaves were balanced for this but then Treyarch said: "You can't have fun in zombies or good wonder weapons anymore."
Max Pack for all the Shockwaves would look like this for damage;
Shockwave: 120,000
Thermophasic: 400,000
Nova 5: 12,000 per tick.
Cryo-Emmiter: 16,000 per one ammo used.
Electrovolt: 8,000 per one ammo used.
Now considering the ammo, and the zombies' health cap, doesn't this sound way more appealing? Especially with how the weapons work, the Shockwave would still be the get-out-of-jail-free card, Thermophasic would be the boss killer, Nova 5 would be the camper, the other two for fighting the horde. With double ammo upon pack (no increase beyond that) and the left trigger having varied amounts of ammo restoration based on the weapon in question, the Shockwaves would be amazing!
I've found that if you prefer pile ups to training, the nova 5 is really good. If you fire twice then SUCC until the gas dissapears it kills a lot of zombies fast

I really think Treyarch just forgot how to math when they made these WW 🤣 My pick is the Ice one, just for one reason really: if you hit the Megaton with it at all, it’ll stop him from moving and attacking (melee or ranged) and he’ll be vulnerable for about a whole 10 seconds, and you can switch weapons and take him out with the Raygun or SPAS. It is also fairly easy to freeze a horde or half a horde and finish them with the vacuum attack.

U can stack the nova 6 variant so if u shoot it at the ground 3 there gonna be 3 clouds each doing damage separately
I'd say the Electrobolt is the best one, only if used against the megatons, bc of the crowd control, and distance you can take them out at. It's gonna be a slower process, but at least it'll be much more efficient than missing shots on accident. Best strat is to use your base weapon as your main gun, and use the DIE for boss zombies. I would say, getting Deadshot, and using the Diamatti at Round 40+ was a piece of cake, so there really isn't an excuse for not using your base weapon.

The thing with the shockwave variant that makes it my favorite, is it does exactly 15,000 damage
This means when the enemies reach a cap of 30,001 (i believe thats the cap) you shoot twice, and then absorb them
Its a full refil and full horde wipe every time

The weapons are meant to have diff purposes. Electro is meant to be the best dps weapon for continous damage over time. Fire is for burst damage aka boss melting if u need to kill them in demand. Ice is for crowd control which when combined with zoning tools and a good squad is incredibly potent ( i mean like STUPIDLY POTENT) poison is good for horde funneling and or zone control. Base is just good all around. They do need to nerf the percent health damage on the ammo replenish because as its scaling is just nutty
i dont know why but i love the smoke one it really reminds me of Eisendrache in Black ops 3

The nova gas be is my favourite it is perfect for training in My eyes I have ring of fire so when I’m low on ammo I use the suction thing and get 5 x the amount of damage when a teammate is down spawn ring of fire and spam with hordes its ideal

The damage of the guns go up with the rounds. I like to use the lightning one because you can just train them then go onto the win and fire it. It also destroys the zombies with armor but not so the boss

I have tried to get the thermophasic and electro bolt but it doesn’t work I’ll just stick to the shockwave
The best wonder weapon - the hauer 77 pump shotgun full maxed out with lightning ammo
Gallo is 10x better
Charles if you put the last barrel it does way more damage than the Gallo
Upgraded barrel packed to max and legendary is insane with the Hauer
The nova 5 upgrade is very good when camping on the truck bed
New patch allows zombies to jump up on both sides. No more camping in this spot.
Finally someone goes over the actual stats of the guns and their abilities instead of just saying, this is good, and this is not good
I reckon the gas one should shoot either a beam that poisons every 4 zombie maybe slightly poison them all OR to shoot an orb that sucks zombies around it into it and then it blows up into a gas explosion

Crucial tip for the nova 5 we: use it to train (bring hoard into a tight doorways for better results) i agree this weapon isn't a save me it takes time to master it best used for trainers

I use the nova variant to camp on the plane wing. I shoot one cloud down the ramp and suck the rest of the zombies that run through. It's perfect for Elites as using LT slows them down which makes them stay in the cloud longer. Zombies that come from the sides, you can just use LT as they take a long time to get up.
At higher rounds, if you have another team mate with the D.I.E. weapon you can easily just use the suck function and not have to fire a single shot.
The electro shock cant tickles megatons balls continues to kill mayak in like 3 seconds

Nova 5 upgrade is so op if you have a downed partner you can shoot him and revive him without worrying about zombies hitting you.

Yes, it can kill zombies slowly. But the main purpose of it is replenishing your ammo. Stealing the souls gives you more ammo
