Hey Rofl I agree with you entirely about the ammo mod how about a perk tier list next so players know what's practical and not so practical
Just got to say deadwire is still higher than shatter as deadwire is elemental and still stun locks special enemies, ele pop teir 4 and teir 2
It also depends on the weapon you are using r1 and deadwire kills megaton in 2 or 3 shots without any upgrades

I still use dead wire because i only play 20 round die maschine. The bonus damage against Megatons is very useful.

What I don’t understand is them nerfing dead wire I think twice and then they buffed napalm burst, it’s a PvE for godsake just give all the power to the player

Burn actually comes in useful when u have tier 5 quick revive, because it takes like 10 seconds to kill a zombie, you'll go down and then get back up because the zombie died afterwards, this has helped me out on multiple occasions

knife as secondary with shatter blast is one of my favorites. focus on using your primary weapon, then knife when you need the shatter blast proc. you don't even have to switch to the knife, you just have to melee. super useful for clearing a path or otherwise just buying yourself a ton of time if things are getting too close.
Cyro is such a big staple. Cyro with any good weapon just shreds everything. Whenever I do camo challenges it is my go to.

I once accidentally bought cryofreeze and seeing how much effective it was just for the sprinters and how it procs all the time, I have never bought any other primary other than that after this
Napalm and brain root would do crazy togheter with two weapons maxed out in the pap machine 3 level both.. maybe with a third weapon u can put cryo
Fun fact: if you get a critical hit and shatter blast activation as the killing blow on a megaton it will instantly die and skip the split body phase.

I just want to say that I really appreciate these videos. You put your heart and soul into these videos and it shows. You are my go-to when it comes to this stuff.
Another thing to mention with Cryofreeze is that its great against Specials because it stops their attacks. Tempest won't teleport, Manglers won't shoot their cannons, and Mimics won't grab you, as well as making crits super easy to hit.
I usually stick with fire blast, or cryo freeze. But this is definitely going to help me get a better understanding of their fundamentals. Thank you Milo

Brain Rot and Shatter Blast are good for secondaries because you need to time the use of it especially if you want to aim the effect on Elites or Specials. Napalm Burst is good for killing regular Zombies, while Cryofreeze is good for slowing down sprinter targets. Cryofreeze will at least guarantee you slow down hordes of Zombies and it does significantly more damage to Krasny Soldats. Deadwire is just well...let's just say you're better off only using it for extra damage on Megatons or stunning Special enemies in Outbreak.

Tier 6 Jugg: Picking up armour replaces one full bar.
Tier 6 Speed Cola: Increase reload speed to 50% and mokey bombs are thrown immediately.
Tier 6 Quick Revive: Reviving a downed teammate will give both full armour and full field upgrade.
Tier 6 Stamin-up: Increase speed to an added 15% and an added slide speed.
Tier 6 Deadshot: Hitting a zombie 5 or more times in the chest will completely remove all it's armour.
Tier 6 Tombstone: all bugs are fixed and stay alive longer when downed.

Can you do this for the special equipments like healing aura, shroud, etc. My friends told me my healing aura didn’t keep all their perks anymore
Even though it does revive them the trick is to use the healing aura before they go down, imo its not worth using if theyre going down each time . You can revive with ease with aether shroud, and all the other benefits that come with it.

I try to keep an eye on my teams hp bar if im running heal aura. They never let you know themself that would be team work 🤣

Shatter blast is by far my favourite. It's great for quickly dispatching hordes, which is especially useful when there's an elite in the mix which you want to focus your damage on.
See milo I have like 10 missing assignments due tomorrow since I graduate next week....but I prefer to watch this.

Since you were ranking in terms of best for killing normal zombies, i whole heartedly agree, for special and elite/HVT zombies napalm is simply the only way to go, you get to "one shot" a boss no matter what round it is and that in and of itself is OP
Started playing zombies again, haven't played the mode since bo1. i've had a great time with zombies in cold war and I must thank you for all these guides and all the zombies content!

Cold War is the best zombie game you can basically do war with zombies, especially Mauer der toten so many ways to kills zombies, I just miss the traps

I agree with Cryo it amazes me how many people don't use it when I play. I used it with dual magnums. It shreds!
I love cryo freeze. especially great for slowing bosses down and allowing me to hit their critical spots!

One thing to mention, if anyone is going for thr cammo challenges i found that napalm blast works the best, because of how quickly you can melt special zombies leaving only the main herd. It also doesn't break up the flow meaning when yiur going for those critical shots, you don't have to worry about zombies turning or falling to the ground ot just straight up stopping bc they got stunned.
Also dead wire has a bug or not where if you get a zombie shocked with it it sometimes does the animation of getting shocked but its health doesnt go down :/ so dead wire is only used for the megatons if im honest
Not a bug it's a basically a battery shocking nearby zombies for a couple seconds.
Have been following your easter egg guide tonight got lucky with a ray k out the mystery box earlier on ive had to pause it for tomorrow hoping it doesn’t crash
When I used dead wire pre nerf I put it on a weapon that I never upgraded and almost exclusively killed with it. Now even the aoe damage that ticked on the affected zombies barely tickles them. It's just been reduced to stopping 3 zombies from touching you

Napalm burst is underrated it slaps against tempest it will apply the burn effect even if they teleport away you dont have to chase them
Cryofreeze just constantly freezes Tempest and it can barely move.

I'm trying to get this concept out there, a BR lite style zombie mode in outbreak. 2 teams spawn on opposite sides of the map and have to loot and kill zombies to collect enough essence to activate an extraction beacon in a central location. Teams can spend there essence to bring back dead teammates. Perks an mods and stuff are looted, not purchased. If a team gets wiped, the come back as zombies for a second chance to stop the enemy team. Team wins by activating the beacon and defending it for a countdown. Alerts all players and zombies to attack.

I've been using cryo with LMGs since it takes really good advantage of the slow and makes your lack of mobility not matter since you just slow anything that gets near you
I use the same combo with a smg or a pistol as my secondary with the brain rot mod. It helps

Hauer + cryo is my favorite combination since beginning of season 2
id stick with zombie rot unless youre using it on a secondary weapon
I prefer streetsweeper and cryo. Reloading sucks til you pack punch it but I swear I never see videos of anyone using it on UA-cam! I love it. I've Solo exfilled firebase z at 55 with it
I waiting for the "waffles" ammo type, every 2 seconds it launches a random amount of slippery waffles from 1/20 and the zombies instantly trips over them and burst.
The season 3 Nerf Hammer came down and really Bonked! the Deadwire, really sad it got dropped to 3 instead of 4, feel like 4 would have put it into the #3 spot, but yea the 3 stunned with less range is pretty detrimental to the mod, I like the list, very nice recap after a break from the game, Much love Waffles!
This is great for maps like die machine and fire base z and such but when it comes to outbreak the important mods are the ones that kill the troubling boss zombies faster aka deadwire for the tanky megaton and cryo or shattering for the panzer or mangaler respectively. The mimics and tempests don't have a large enough health pool for me to justify other aats plus you don't need nearly as much hoard damage as you come across groups of 5-10 zombies at a time. I also play adaptive according to the final objective such as cryo/brain rot for the specimen protect one and similar or deadwire/shattering shells for the high value target. In my opinion the extra damage to specific elites is the deciding factor in outbreak.
Whenever I use brain rot since the new season I can go 4-5 rounds without getting a brainrot zombie even while having elemental pop. Before I’d get a brain rot zombie almost every shot it felt like
Trust me. If you run a melee as a secondary (Knife, e-tool, wakizashi, etc.) PUT SHATTER BLAST ON IT, it's soo good
Spaz and shatter honestly was overpowered in my gameplays just came back after about a year but its still great to me lol

They did a halo 3 mod that was like cod zombies its on ubernicks channel something like this mod changes halo 3 forever

Note shatter blast in combination with frost blast on melee weapons is the easiest way to get jackrabbit medals or(20 kills no hit) for camo grinds
Hey Milo, I almost completely agree except with cryo and brain-rot. In my list I have those switched, due to being a point player.
Napalm burst is FAR better for outbreak than regular zombies with the amount of special enemies, and the fact you’re not shooting entire hoards quite as much and there’s a lot more downtime between kills
I always put shatter caps on my Melee weapon as a panic and escape method. It’s also fun to just smack a zombie with a baseball bat and watch them all explode
I have been going for dark aether for the last few weeks, 3 weapons left btw and I love love love cryo. It’s awesome for grinding, slows the enemy so I can get them easy crit kill on them
Same, I finished the dark aether camo grind a few weeks ago and cryo definitely helped.

I used brain rot from the beginning and as soon as tier 5 came it was solidified as the best
nah tier 5 deadwire on release was so broken
As soon as I saw I could turn manglers and mimics I was on board
I always put brainrot on my secondary unless its a melee weapon then it receives shatter blast.
It's very useful if you go to get backed into a corner then one slice and boom path cleared.

shatter blast is by far the best mod for emergencies. when youre cornered bring out your secondary and it knocks everything down and you can get out without problems. dont even have to kill anything
I only run hauer with max damage loadout and shatter blast, that thing destroys everything and melts special zombies health bars really quickly

My favourite is shatter blast because the cluster bomb is so satisfying. Landing 1 shot across the map can still get you like 10 kills 😂
Brain rot is probably the best tho because theres so much special bosses and elites and the occasional 1 shot on them is super useful especially on outbreak or maurer/forsaken
Brain rot is super good, but also super annoying. It has the highest tendency to accidentally kill the last zombie you wanted to keep alive in my experience. I also keep forgetting to get rid of it in the Mauer der Toten EE step with tempests, and it ruins that step if it turns a tempest for you, bc it doesnt count as a kill for your aerherium thingy.
Shatterblast is the only one I really like and use unless there’s a challenge to unlock another skin with another one or something like that

I love to run shatter blast on a melee weapon. Definitely a really good crutch for if you get cornered or need a breather from training
Shatter Blast is WAY better for it's all around capabilities, and it obliterates armor.
My biggest issue with dead wire was rooting zombies in place and making them unkillable. Id be running in a tight hallway and shoot the zed in front but get blocked by a shocked zombie so switched to brain rot then blast when it launched

I prefer shatter blast for my primary because I like how much armor it destroys and the ability to basically drop three grenades at activation. Brain rot it absolutely awesome as well. I need to upgrade my elemental pop to max ASAP!!

I tend to use two weapons with Brain Rot (one of which is my starting sword), and whenever I get a third weapon (second gun) I put Inferno on it. With the way I play the game, the sword is better than the shovel for me🤷♂️.
I don’t go to high rounds, I just like the greater reach. I feel that it’s easier to camp with the sword, but easier to train with the shovel.
If you don’t go to high rounds it doesn’t matter what you use cause you’re playing when the games easy as fuck
I was on the 40's rounds on firebase z and I found Napalm Burst is OP against Elite enemies, as long as they're shot once with the fire, they're gonna die fast despite the health.
I only discovered it because I'm doing the challenges for Ammo mod kills and I was like "huh that does a lot of damage to them"
Might be my new favorite as I always use Shatter Blast for killing armored zombies mostly.
Naphalm blast is the best it’s like a cheat code, combined it with brain root and if you can drink the third weapon perk and put another munition mod... you can do war on zombies basically
Personally cryo is my favorite, wasn’t until about a week ago when I got it randomly was god tier
Cryo is also a good extra point generator. Extra 10 points for every zombie killed after affected by cryo.
I always liked putting shatterblast on a melee weapon that way I can go in and bap one in The Horde and watch the whole thing go boom
From what i heard: brain rot is op because of its general ability and on fire base Z it is even more efficient cause it turns the manglers and can break down the mimics
Ballistic knife is top tier in outbreak with deadwire in the early rounds for points and cryo after you’re all set up. PAP ballistic knife can still revive team mates so if you combine with healing aura, you’re the ultimate medic and your team just survives forever.
But about your survival? I wouldn't recommend using both healing aura and ballistic. Frenzie guard is definitely best with ballistic

Sounds strange but when I use the Hauer 77 pack a punched & Explosion mod ( Shatter blast ) it becomes really OP because megatons, krasny soldats, elementals…. Die so easily with it, I used it till round 48 after that your own guns are bad and have to shoot with wonder weapons or M79 to get higher rounds
ive been running Maur tor toten with just a shatter blast sludge hammer. been gettong to wave 40 latley before needing another gun
on outbreak, i got a free cryofreeze ammo mod on my Hauer and goddamn it does not disappoint

With Mule kick being a thing now I like to keep a melee weapon with shatter blast for those “oh shit” moments
The burn effect can help if your stuck and you know you going to go down use tier 5 quick revive. easy kill
With brain rot you can control those red zombies that run and explode (not sure if anyone said it but just say in) 😁 Also that red zombie just explodes like normal when dying but can hit more than one zombie per attack when brain rotted
