This looks great, only part im not fan of is the new points system. but im sure ill get used to it.
Point system looks weird because it pops up how much damage you've dealt but that can kinda lead you to believe that those are the points you've earned
@@H4S5A4N79 that’s not what he means. You only get points for and kills. Like B04 I think, you don’t get points for damaging zombies
@@kirin8735 what I'm saying is I dont like how it shows the damage you give them, as it can be misleading. Should be easy to get used to though.

What’s the new points system it seems like you still earn points the same way by just shooting and knifing

The 1 problem it undeniably has rn is lack of content , 1 basic map is going to get very stale very quick

So many people are hating on it before playing it just because it’s not the exact same as BO1, honestly I haven’t truly enjoyed a zombies since BO2 and didn’t enjoy the whole gobblegum system. But after putting about 6 hours on Cold War zombies so far, I absolutely love. It’s different yes but it feels really good and isn’t too enthralled in objectives and missions.

the best things about this is that the jingles are back, and the bo1 zombies music was remixed on the main menh
The only reason people dont think this zombies is good is because they are blinded by nostalgia

I think your misinterpreting 'Nostalgia'. It feels like a rip off of Treyarch zombies. Yes It has technical qualities of old zombies (pack-a-punch, perks ect) but this one feels SO catered to the multiplayer crowd: the 'tutorial setting at the beginning, the easy train route, even the speed at which you pack-a-punch. Fair play if you enjoy it but to me its feels like WW2 zombies, it has the shell but no soul inside, i can see why Blundell left.

this is a good starter map, Not too difficult, not too hard, a good map to introduce new zombie players, hopefully the other maps are alot more complex.

I have to agree with Brad Douglass origins is really complex if you don’t know how to move around in it, and if you don’t have much experience playing (not saying that it’s for the people who have little experience) but either way if you have been playing the map for years or have barely started it’s a hard map to beat and definitely on the top 3 best maps on all of zombies.
Watched you in middle school. I'm in college now. This video and the feeling of a new COD makes it almost feel like the good times again.

I actually don't think I'll enjoy this as much as previous zombies games. Looks so damn easy
I guess but it was local maybe it wasn't one of the main maps but the multiplayer and story looks really good

Change isn’t always a great thing? Blacks ops 4 changes weren’t good but hey let’s just have a fundamental argument about the meaning of the word “change”

I don't think the maps bad because they changed things, i think its bad because its just a really dull basic map. This map is as complex as der riese and that map came out in like 2009. In black ops 4 they changed alot of things too, but maps like IX were actually really great maps so it still overall had alot to go with, but this map is super barebones. Literally u beat the "objectives" which is just turn on power and grab 1 part for pack and boom ur done with the entire map. I literally went in blind with 2 friends and beat the entire map on round 9 in less than 10 minutes total. in < 10 mins finished the entire map, when its the only map at launch. Black ops 4 was a downgrade from bo3 but they launched with THREE maps. Voyage, IX, and Blood. I wasnt a fan of voyage at all, blood was a bit better, and IX was a great map. But even though i thought voyage was one of the worst zombies maps from every game, but its still miles better than this map. At least it actually had an atmosphere and they at least tried to do something with it. This map is literally exactly like a random MP map but they just took 1/2 the map and put it underground. Even the trailers for the map made it seem like the underground would be super cool and creepy and scary. But no, its super dull and empty.

Wish we weren’t able to buy ammo for every gun. Running out of ammo and trying to figure out how to deal with it and or waiting for a max ammo was kinda fun.

i really don’t like that there’s a multiplayer feeling in zombies it feels like a entirely different mode
I'm just not a fan of the minimap *and* UAV being given to you. Maybe if it was a field upgrade, but for me it sucks a bit of that sense of discovery out of the map. Killstreaks are also weird but I'm willing to give them a chance.
Reminds me of that nightmares mode from bo3

BO3 zombies was the pinnacle. We will never reach that level again.. however, I think this has great potential and is actually quite good for the innovation it brings.

I came into this zombies very excited but also with very low expectations after black ops 4 zombies. Overall I really like the map design, it looks really cool and is a super cool homage to where it all began. My issue is that this isn't black ops zombies, it almost feels like they're mixing zombies and multiplayer together, and that can be good... I don't personally enjoy the aspect. I'm really excited to see how this version of zombies can evolve through time, and I want to see it more instead of watch it get scrapped.
I 100% agree it does not have a zombies feel to it much anymore it feels a lot more like co op from modern warfare but the enemies are just zombies instead, it does not give me the same feeling black ops 1 or black ops 2 gave me when playing zombies just running around and killing em yknow
not everything has to have that OG zombies feel, treyarch are trying to make everyone happy and as a game developer i know how hard that is.... they can’t just make everyone how bo1 to bo3 is, then it’s just the same game, you have to expect changes and accept them
