- This week I’m assembling a 1984 KLR 250 I built for a feature in “built" magazine a little while ago, I took the opportunity to film a time lapse after having replaced all the main bearings on this bike.
I’d love to answer any question you might have on the bike, I know I didn’t go into any specific details during the video so fire them down bellow !

This is absolutely stunning. What headlights are you running? That low profile setup is gorgeous and I'd like to do something similar for this street Tracker I'm building out of a KLR 650
The headlight setup is an all custom unit. LED pods are 3D printed

I appreciate it dude , headlight is two single LED pods , housing is 3D printed and plate was hand machined.

Klx 300? 8 wanna build mine out like this . Any advice I'm a newbie. Everyone i talk to is such a bummer on my idea of making it look classic buy I see your bike and a few others and I see it's possible but no idea where to start. Is it good to go with a newer style frame. Or lots of fab work?
Like am I gonna have to move the cooling battery all that or just do the sub frame and then relocate all the lights and what not . I feel like I'm making it more complex than it has to .
KLR 250 . I run no battery on these to save space so they’re kick only . Frames are customs , I don’t know if you could get away with using the stock frame . Be ready and willing to do tons of fab work .

They are custom rims laced to excel Rims with stainless spokes and nipples
