- When I saw Jeffery Spencer & Ridge Lenny landing back flips I was super inspired. Finally the sport of Wing Surfing has evolved to the point we can go upside down. I realized, if we can do back flips, why can't we do front flips!? Here's my little journey and how I did it.

Deja vu for me. I was sailing Sugar Cove when you landed your first windsurf forward loop with your dad, you were about 12 at the time. Awesome and inspirational stuff.

It is amazing how you are progressing this sport! You inspire all of us! The frontloop looks easier compared to the backloop, so let me give that a try first, haha

Is the back flip a bit like a push loop in windsurfing? Looks like that bit of the backwinding the wing just helps the last of the rotation.

It kinda looks like he is grabbing a little rope attached to the front handle but I could be tripping.

You never stop to amaze me, crazy tricks. Now more important get well and please update the title to 30 for 30. It Is going to be very boring once you get to your 20 episode, not really looking forward
It'd be great to have surf tutorials from you instead. As much as I enjoy watching these videos I don't know how many people are ever gonna try to do wing foiling and on top of that trying backflips. Not a negative comment, just a suggestion.
The present already shows that people are wanting to wingfoil and here on Sardegna we giving lessons and people hooked!
