Well there’s no way for me to answer that without sounding like I’m just trying to sell you a course. Lol. You will probably still get some value out of it, and I’m running it on a big sale right now, totally up to you
Do some people just focus on roofs? That’s kind of what I’ve been thinking. I see a good amount of people in my area say they’re power wash guys because they have a power washer but I think doing roofs could be more of a nitch market.
Clearly you know what you re doing and I m not implying anything… just throwing out an idea since sales of your equipment and supplies is your main business. You should consider partnering w someone for basic signs/advertising to help these guys make some money and keep buying supplies from you. A small partnership… not like the bigger company you work w because these guys can’t afford top notch equipment AND top notch service for advertising. You want them spending their Top Notch money on your stuff and it’s overall a better investment for the new guys because at least they have something tangible to sell if they fail. That’s my unneeded opinion. No harm intended.
