I goofed and hoping you can ease my mind. Had my first negative ebay rating. I missed a size dot on a vuori jacket, went off measurements and called a small a medium, guess it was oversized. He didnt want to return it...well didnt respond to my offer to take it back, anyhoo. Ebay reduced my impressions by almost 15% how long before they ease up?
@@AndreaGrinoldsSoap I would reach back out to him and say something along the lines of, I ALWAYS make it right with my customers and what can I do to make it right…the. Go from there and hope for later on getting that review changed. If not, no biggie…the impressions could be down because of summer slow down and people not wanting to pull the trigger
