Welcome to The Amish Potato’s Channel. My name is Cj Miller. I was raised Amish in Shipshewana, IN. I was Amish until I was 16 years old, when I started dressing “English”, drove a car and partied on the weekends. This is called Rumspringa.
I did this until I was in my late twenties. I then briefly joined the amish church, left again, and moved to Idaho where I discovered the truth of who Christ is, married my lovely wife and am now sharing my story on UA-cam.

its always good to have different friend groups, I always focused on helping other people and not myself, why waste time worrying focusing on yourself and problems, problems sort out when you help others..my parents were immigrants and didnt give us a kind word, I knew they loved us but they didnt kiss our asses for sure. Im glad they gave us limited praise otherwise we wouldve become a--holes.

I used to like Eric from Amish America more than I do now, and the only reason was because he posted something not very nice about Eddie Schwartzentruber. And although he knows many people from various communities, he's still English, so he's getting limited info. I enjoy Eli's honesty and I've decided to put Amish Rescue Mission in my will, when I actually make a will 😉
I always enjoy your videos no matter what the content is. Maybe one day we can meet you and your family when we're in Shipshewana.
