This Lume Pad 2 is seriously impressive. I like that it applies the 3D effect on the fly to whatever you are using. I only want to see how much this affects performance.
I want to see what it’s capable of whilst it’s disabled, it surely must be a pretty good tablet being able to apply the 3D effect in real time, to 3rd party apps as well
I want to watch stuff on it or animes
The AI 3D effect is held on Lume’s servers so you need full, fast speed, internet at all times or no tablet.

The last 3D screen I used was the HTC EVO 3D and it was good for it's time. Can't wait to have a better experience like this after years.

What would be killer is, a 4K quantum dot oled screen with the latest snapdragon chip, a lossless codec chip for audio and a headphone jack, forward facing Hi Fidelity speakers!! Maybe on the next version? If Sony did something like this, especially with the Zeiss camera lens, it would be awesome!
3D conversion is usually crappy, especially what is available for average consumers. However I've seen the official 3D conversion of the 1939 The Wizard of Oz movie what came out on Blu-ray and that was so good that looked like it was really shot with a 3D camera.
Amazon's Fire phone used this technology but it didn't Catch on and was discontinued.

It has both a 3D screen like the 3DS and also head tracking like the Fire Phone. It’s like both technologies put together, but newer and higher resolution and higher framerate.

Our main TV is a Sony Bravia 3D TV from 2011. Yeah, 3D didn't really catch on did it?
Although it was pretty nice at the time oh man I'm getting nostalgic typing this 🥺 back when most of the biggest worries in life were probably just school related and getting home meant relief.

reminds me of the amazon fire phone that they tried to make. this one does a much better job
I just wish they added in a lidar scanner, so it goes from a gimmick, to an actual useful device. Picture this, you're designing a virtual tabletop game. You can 3d scan in your miniatures, then either use them directly, or rig them and animate them. It'd bridge the gap between sculpting and animating, which would make a massive difference in game development... Picture this, you're making an FPS game, so you disassemble a glock and scan it in, then animate it, boom. You have a fully animated, realistic gun ingame. But before you chuck it into your game, you can actually look around it in 3d to check it out.

This is so freaky. In computing we were making tablet designs and one of my designs was quite literally a tablet with a 3d function similar to that of a 3ds except there was powerful Ai inbuilt to correct the viewing angle
