Nice list and I appreciate your efforts . This year I have made it a habit to treat self help books as operating manuals and not as just feel-good motivational text . I take notes on every chapter of every book I read and see if I can apply the knowledge in my routine . Also , you are right about reading multiple books . I read atleast 2 books from different genres simultaneously so I can switch depending on my mood .
Hi! That's amazing! 🌻⭐ I love taking notes too, it helps me retain what I learn from the books I read :) Exactly! I used to hate the idea of reading multiple books simultaneously but now I love it and it helps me to read much more! what are you currently reading if I may ask? ☺
@@saori.kitahara Great ! I am currently reading “ The 48 Laws of Power “ by Robert Greene , “Mindset “ by Carol S Dweck and also “Crime and Punishment “ by Fyodor Dostoevsky . The third book is purely for entertainment so I carry it along when I’m travelling 🙂
@@saori.kitahara You’re welcome but be very careful with “ the 48 laws of power” . I’m realising it’s a pretty dangerous book . I finished about 50 pages and learned some dark psychology secrets . It can be used both for destructive as well as defensive purposes !
What is your favourite self-help book? 📚
This was great! Thanks for the suggestions!
