I'm on this challenge as well and I love that youtube recommended me someone else! It feels like I'm doing this actually with someone even tho every journey is individual and can get isolating. Keep going, love your content so far!
With ALLL the other videos that UA-cam has suggested about this same exact topic, I felt led to click in THIS ONE. I can feel why!! Your personality is 100. I cant wait to see your vlogs when you get monetized!! I took some notes too. I revived my channel from the dead in Nov 2024. and lowkey the growth ive seen is so humbling and such a blessing. to have people who GENUINELY connect with my content, watch (almost) every minute, and stick around for more of what I have to talk about and create! Thank you for showing up. I'm excited to watch more of your content 🥳
Seen a couple videos with this exact same title and am so hyped! Just started my channel a couple days ago, and am excited to see where this journey takes me! Shout out to new creators 🎉
You got this! I’ve had this channel for years now but was always afraid to post. Now after two weeks of posting things are starting to take off! Take that first leap!! Happy to have you here 🫶
Subscribed! Best of luck in your challenge! I've got my own challenge going right now to post everyday for this month and grow my channel! Excited to see the results!
You may notice that all the "new creators getting monetized" are all talking about growing on youtube. Even on this very channel, notice every video has a few hundred views (no shame, it's how it goes at first and in sone niches for awhile), but the moment he talks about "youtube growth" it gets 5x the views. The algorithm doesn't work any different than it has been the last few years. It's not suddenly giving small creators a chance in 2024 or 2025. All youtube cares about is watch time, period. Subscribers haven't mattered basically at all for several years - this isn't new. Everyone is talking about "youtube is on easy mode" and "small creators have an advantage on youtube now," not because it's actually true... it's because it's a trending topic on youtube that gets views. Look at the comments in this video. it's dozens of small youtubers watching videos like these, because believing this is somehow easy, confirms their bias that THEY TOO will get monetized easy. UA-cam is NOT easy, and I hate to break that to anyone. And creating a channel founded on giving youtube advice that you don't understand, to aspiring youtubers who don't know any better, is not a sustainable strategy. Even if you get monetized doing this, and you likely will if you continue... you will eventually have to start making other content - and I hate to be the bearer of bad news... it will almost certainly kill your channel when you do (because of the way the algorithm ACTUALLY works). I'm here to give everyone reading some genuine advice. If you just open up your phone and talk about literally anything or nothing, then unedited, upload that to youtube and expect to find success with no other strategy in mind whatsoever... you're going to have a bad time. There is still a human on the other side of the video who cares about whether or not a video they see on their home page (or watch) has VALUE or entices them at all. If you don't have a topic that sounds interesting, and a thumbnail and/or title that creates curiosity... People are not going to magically decide to watch your video. And even if you do create curiosity enough for them to click, they aren't going to watch very long (which is crucial for YT success - average view duration), no matter how many people tell you that "youtube is on easy mode". Videos about "easy mode" are all over your home page, not because this is good advice. It's because THIS IS A TRENDING TOPIC. Does youtube give small creators a chance to succeed on this platform? Absolutely. Do you need millions of subscribers to get views? Certainly not. Do you need fancy gear to just get started - nope. But to suggest that the only strategy you need to understand in order to find success is to press record and talk about nonsense, or youtube "strategy" you don't understand... is objectively bad advice and shows a very low level of understanding of how this platform actually works. Fyi I mean no disrespect to this creator, or any creator making this kind of content. I'm simply hoping to shed some light on why this trend of content is leading so many people to a dead end. UA-cam is challenging, whether you do it the right way or the wrong way. I would hate to have gone through all the work of getting to 1k subs/4k watch hours, only to realize these realities.
Hell yeah let's go 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 I just started posting regularly. Once every 2 weeks. Cause i have a full time job so thats good rhythm for me and I've been consistent these 2 months Thank you for this video ! such a push
Honestly I've had my channel for about a year and a half posting some "noob" tech videos in a temporary studio but got busy with university so I stopped posting last summer but, now I'm in my final year and I have more free time than ever to dedicate to growing my channel, so I got a whole load of equipment and a freshly built UA-cam Studio and I'm ready to start creating more and more content, currently aiming for 3-4 videos a week. Also just subbed to your channel to help out, nice content btw, you randomly popped up on my feed too, proving your point that UA-cam is focusing more and more on us smaller upcoming creators. Keep it up!
I think you will definitely achieve your 30 days goals since I can see all the excitement and energy in your videos! You are doing an amazing job! I just subscribed to follow your journey! 💫
Liked and subscribe. Great video and looking forward to watching your channel grow. I started my channel last summer as a 44 year old and im on 268 subs as i write this. We all just need to be consistent and genuine and true to yourself and spread a positive message. We can all do this!
Technically this video is a vlog. It’s just not a multi-scene, follow-along your day kind of vlog the way we know it, like Casey Neistat and Emma Chamberlain.
I'm your 100th channel sub! BOOM! 💥 My first video will be live on Wednesday. My channel is all about painfully real self-improvement and thought-sharing with others also seeking more for themselves. I'd love to be friends from across the pond! :)

What if your channel is based off vlogs & lifestyle ?
I’d recommend adding a video in more of a sit down style, but occasionally vlogs will pop off!
