Hi Kseny! I started doing Qigong with you about a year ago. I was instantly hooked & continued to do 2-3 routines almost every day. This past April I had a heart attack that resulted in a two month hospital stay and open heart surgery. My doctors told me, at the time, that doing Qigong with you probably helped with my recovery. When I was released from the hospital I had a physical therapist come to the house twice a week to help get me up and moving again. I found the routines ineffective, so after the third visit I told the therapist she need not come back. I started doing Qigong with you again one month after my surgery. I had to go back to beginner routines and I couldn't always finish them, but little by little my strength has returned. So THANK YOU from the bottom of my rebuilt heart for what you do!
