Good video Matt, happy to see you to get all of those repairs discovered and repaired before the crop gathering season is upon you. Happy to see the pics of Alaska on your vacation, worked up there myself in the eighties for eight years. North slope for the most part, was interesting as well.
Have been to Alaska ourselves back in 2004. Was there in our RV for 2 1/2 months, home of the midnight sky. Geewhiz I can't believe it's been that long ago, but of course I'm 72 years old now. So glad you guys got to go and enjoy your lovely trip.👍👍👍🙏
hope you have good luck with you knew belts.... or at least better luck then us we put new ones in this year before harvest and had a lot go wrong on belt wrapped on a roller with a full unwrapped bale and had to eject a unwrapped belt it has been pretty bad luck for us, and we also said put new ones in and never have to mess with it aging or so we thought.
You’ll know that 6 shank is behind you for sure. But it’s a good tool to have, especially if you have compaction problems and only want to minimally disturb your soils.
Hey Matt when some of your cotton had its early season problems due to the weather would you say that it had what some of the the old-timers called " the big leg "? That was what some here in the carolinas used to describe germination problems arising from very hard rains at the critical time and very cool wet weather and stunted growth.
yeah 30k for a ripper is stupid essentially nothing but steel tubing and some welding and you got same thing. install the points and spring etc yer set super simple. companies have forgotten what capitalism is and how its supposed to work but theyve got so used to government baling them out because they are too big to fail and they know it so they dont care if you want it you pay their price. yes you can ask what ever you want but if no one buys anything you are out of business too. plus big business is trying to monopolize markets also buying out etc. thats goes for everything else in this economy also government always there to bale companies out instead of letting them hit the ground from their poor decisions theyve made. we are all in competition with our own tax dollars we no longer have purchasing power etc when government constantly pumps out billions and trillions of our own money back in to the economy we the people are in a way regulate thru buying things. but hey no one seems to get it so im just waiting for the giant bubble to burst and the 💩to hit the fan, who knows we may not have a country anymore. sad to say but very possible now days we have let government and corporations go to far hand in hand.
