Good job, taking care of business while Rachel is away and taking care of sweet grandbaby! You all are such a sweet couple! I am thankful for your videos and for you both! I don't think that you you know how much hope that you give to others, by simply recording your life! Thank you, sweet souls!!
Awesome! I came on YT to see if anyone else makes them stuffed with sausage, and there you were. I'm definitely going to make them this way! Thank you for the video!
Just want to say we absolutely love you guys. We've learned so much from watching your channel. Great snacks for game day! But I have to say O!H!! I! O!!!
I’m fairly new to UA-cam (60+ years recently completely retired a total housewife and grandma full time finally!) but I love watching your channel along with a few others, but I’ve learned so much! My garden did very well and I froze a lot ,but I’m looking forward to trying canning this summer and providing in a different way for my family! God bless! Happy thanksgiving 🦃
Instead of sausage we use crumbled bacon with the cream cheese & shredded cheese mixture. It is delicious! We will try your way too. Thanks for sharing.
I will be watching the Auburn/Alabama game on Saturday !!! SEC football is the best !!! Fans in the south are rabid and I am one of them !!! Pulling for Auburn, as we have approximately 25 Auburn graduates in the family. Waaaaaar Eagle !!!!
Hubby and two of my kiddos will be at that game, cheering for Michigan. I think OSU will win, but hope, for their sake, Michigan wins. It'll be cold, but a win will make the cold easier to tolerate.
I think hubby and I would love these! They look so delish! Thanks for sharing. We don't really watch college football, but we're from Kansas City, Missouri... so we watch the Chiefs!
Mouth is watering! Definitely one of my favorite things.... but I'm in shock you just used your bare hands to get those seeds out. 🔥 Have you never experienced burning from that before?? 😳
Oh my goodness!!!! Made my mouth water!! I have been thinking of putting cowboy candy in with the cheeses and leave out the sausage. Nom Nom Nom!!!!!!!
OH-IO!! I love that you shared this recipe & the reason for making it. I also have family that take this game very seriously. It is a celebrated family tradition in many homes. With a diverse array of Red/Gray & Blue/Yellow. Best wishes for a Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours!!!
Hi Todd... these look SOOO good! You were talking about using a spoon to scrape out the guts (🤣) & I have some old "grapefruit" spoons that work great! You never see them much anymore, but they have a little serrated tip edge on them , so they work really well for scraping out the guts! Just thought I'd mention it when I saw you using a spoon. (Anything I can do to not get the fire under the fingernails works for me!!) Have a great week - thanks for the poppers! Stay warm & God bless!
Oh boy….yummy!!!! I watched the video and then had my husband watch it. Wishing 15 min he prepared the jalapeños and we had all the ingredients on hand. This is dinner tonight and we are beyond happy. Thank you fort he recipe Todd.
Cool recipe, Todd!😀 I've never thought of sausage stuffed poppers! We do ours with the cream cheese and fiesta cheese too. But then we wrap them in bacon and roll them in a blend of brown sugar & paprika!😁 They're absolutely phenom!😍😄 P.S. Way to remember to label the freezer bag, Todd!🏆😊
I make hundreds of these but using nadapeno's instead! I alternate between sweet italian sausage, chorizo, bacon and venison sausage! I make them, flash freeze them on cookie sheets then vaccum seal them and they are good for a year or so! Love the channel!
Hi Todd. Nice, the peppers are looking good. You did a wonderful job in the stuffing. God Bless you Todd. Take care, and Happy Thanksgiving to you and Rachel, and everyone else in the family. Maria.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃🦃
I make this recipe, but as a dip with the jalapenos chopped up pretty fine! It's amazing with Club crackers, saltines, or even some tortilla chips! It's So good!
Agreed, dip is the way to go! I usually do the same but with a jar of cowboy candy (as I don't usually have fresh jalapenos during dip season and/or I don't want to take the time to chop them up)
Try making Jalapeno Jelly next time.. it is great on crackers with cream cheese or on eggs...but those stuff ones look yummy...😁😁😁 Let's go Steelers!!!
I made my cowboy/cowgirl candy with my red and green jalapeños this year for Christmas gifts!!! So cute ☺️. ❤️y’all, Kristy in Missouri zone 6b 😃🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Red jalapenos are ripe, the green is unripe. The red is hotter, it's what they make chipotle with. Take the red and smoke them, now they are chipotle!! ENJOY. Don't forget they are amazing wrapped in bacon as well.
i have won several football pools ; spent many times studying stats and players for many years. I will have to watch a bit more before I make any wagers ...... lol
This looks SO good! I will definitely try this. I grew a few Jalapeño plants this year but next year I'm growing all Craig's Grande Jalapeños because I want them bigger for stuffing. Looks amazing, can't wait to try this! 😍 Happy Thanksgiving from Ohio.....go Bucks (we also suck this year......so this could be a very interesting Saturday!)
Thanks for the recipe. Looks good. I live in Southwest Texas and it tickles me to hear how ppl say Jalapeño. It is actually pronounced Hal-a-pane-yo. Fun fact for you 👍
Glad you shared. I've made them for games before and they are so good. You can change up the cheese too and like you mentioned add flakes. Try blue cheese and cut with a little provolone. I watch more college than NFL. More entertaining and a bit less drama. I'd prefer Michigan to come back strong and win but Ohio has been kicking some bum. Guess we need to sit back and enjoy. Thanks for sharing.
First, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Cowboy Candy! Why it's not a condiment on every table, I don't know...it should be. Red vs. green jalapeños: Red are more ripe, generally sweeter & may be a bit hotter than green ones, but the sweetness balances out the hot IMO. Lastly, I love doing poppers like this. Great for game day or for that matter any other day. 😋
Those look delicious. I don't eat pork, so I would have to make them with ground beef seasoned up. My favorite way to use up a bunch of jalapenos is to ferment them. Tremendous flavor and crunch.
And Michigan won! I like all the different camera angles. How much time did it take to stop, wipe your hands and set up your camera in another position? Wrap those peppers in som smoked bacon before you cook them
Good job, taking care of business while Rachel is away and taking care of sweet grandbaby! You all are such a sweet couple! I am thankful for your videos and for you both! I don't think that you you know how much hope that you give to others, by simply recording your life!
Thank you, sweet souls!!
My fingers are burning watching you deseed those jalapenos!
Awesome! I came on YT to see if anyone else makes them stuffed with sausage, and there you were. I'm definitely going to make them this way! Thank you for the video!
Just want to say we absolutely love you guys. We've learned so much from watching your channel. Great snacks for game day! But I have to say O!H!! I! O!!!
I-O
We'll be watching the game Saturday! Die hard Buckeye fan here......go Bucks!!
Yall are the Ozzy and Harriet of the UA-cam world. I love it
I miss Rachel but love seeing you in the kitchen!

O H I O - Grapefruit spoon is a great tool. Can’t wait to make these. Thanks.
Instead of sausage we use crumbled bacon with the cream cheese & shredded cheese mixture. It is delicious! We will try your way too. Thanks for sharing.
Sweet! Thank you so much for sharing your video. I was going to just make jalapeno poppers, but now this is my go to for this evening's snack making.
Happy Thanksgiving I hope you and your family have a wonderful day 🙏

Oooooo these look great! I’m making these for New Year’s Eve!
I’m from Ohio! I have to go with the home team! I think the peppers look so good! My husband would love these!
Hail To The Victors!!! GO BLUE!! Great video Todd!!!
Yes indeed. A good win. I do think if they played AWAY instead of home, they would have got spanked.
Ugh. Im from Ohio and AM NOT an Ohio State so I always cheer for Michigan every year they play! Go Blue!
Thanks Todd. Simplicity is best. Delish! You are so good what with keeping things neat and tidy..lol...have a great holiday! Love from Ireland💚
Yum, a must try! I will make these for our New Year celebration.
I think hubby and I would love these! They look so delish! Thanks for sharing. We don't really watch college football, but we're from Kansas City, Missouri... so we watch the Chiefs!

Fabulous show , as always. Thank you for great , easy recipe.
A nice keto meal. I will make thies, but I will make it with sweet peppers 😄 Thanks for the new recipe!
Yes! Anything cheese and jalapeño!!
We do something so similar to this. We use breakfast sausage, add half a packet of that powdered ranch dip and wrap them in bacon.
Made this recipe tonight and also stuffed some mushrooms along with the jalapenos. Delicious. Thanks for sharing. Love your channel.
Oh thank you for sharing I love Stuffed Jalapenos. Hope your Thanksgiving was awesome. Big hugs
These sound do good. I clean the guts out with a grapefruit spoon. Makes it so much faster. God bless
Oh my goodness!!!! Made my mouth water!! I have been thinking of putting cowboy candy in with the cheeses and leave out the sausage.
Nom Nom Nom!!!!!!!

My son makes poppers like that, they are really good. GO BLUE! Playing in the big house. We love college football. TFS 👍🏈
Oh my word these look amazing!
Oh boy….yummy!!!! I watched the video and then had my husband watch it. Wishing 15 min he prepared the jalapeños and we had all the ingredients on hand. This is dinner tonight and we are beyond happy. Thank you fort he recipe Todd.
I've made those for year! Absolutely crowd pleaser. Try a little Worcester sauce on them. Gives it some more pep!! Love y'all!

Great idea, will be making this, thank you
They look and sound fantastic!
Great job Todd. I am too wimpy to try them. But they really do look delish
Just starting the video, so I might comment later on, but I'm so glad I'm not the only one with the occasional light rust spots on my irons 😂😂
I make this recipe, but as a dip with the jalapenos chopped up pretty fine! It's amazing with Club crackers, saltines, or even some tortilla chips! It's So good!

Looks delicious 😋 thanks for sharing ❤🙏🏽
Yum! Have been getting bored with bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, great idea! A melon baller also cuts thru jalapeño guts like butter 😎
I have relatives in Centerville so I hope MI wins but I’m a Dawgs fan myself LOL. I’ve had that recipe with crabmeat instead of the sausage…yum yum!
Thanks!! Going to save this recipe 😋
Looks awesome. I like sweet Italian sausage that is drained well. Thank you so much. Great review.
I made my cowboy/cowgirl candy with my red and green jalapeños this year for Christmas gifts!!! So cute ☺️. ❤️y’all, Kristy in Missouri zone 6b 😃🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
What a fun idea!
worth growing those particular peppers for me, gonna try this next year, thanks!
That looks really good .
I don't do hot but they looked good. Super easy to make too! Have a Happy Thanksgiving Todd!
Red jalapenos are ripe, the green is unripe. The red is hotter, it's what they make chipotle with. Take the red and smoke them, now they are chipotle!! ENJOY. Don't forget they are amazing wrapped in bacon as well.
These look great I have some that I froze while I wonder if I could use those, what do you think, thanks for sharing
Yeah, definitely could use them ♥
I can't to try this recipe, I tried the corn syrup recipe Rachel made in the fall and it was awesome!
Have a friend in Ohio State so I’d have to pick them! This looks good 😊 Todd
i have won several football pools ; spent many times studying stats and players for many years. I will have to watch a bit more before I make any wagers ...... lol

Yum we do these but just in mini bell peppers!
Glad you shared.
I've made them for games before and they are so good.
You can change up the cheese too and like you mentioned add flakes. Try blue cheese and cut with a little provolone.

Those look awesome!!!
Happy thanksgiving to you and your family
God bless!
Oh looks real tasty Todd good job
looks delicious
Tnx for great video . All the best from Norway :-)
We make it this way also. But wrap each Jalapenos with a half a strip of bacon and bake.
Oooo I am going to crisp up some stuffing and sub it for a sausage as I don’t have any at the moment…thanks Todd!
When I make this, I use country sausage. Also cook on grill. Yummy!
Indeed. I've cooked them in our pellet grill before, they turned out great!
I don’t bet on who will win but I’m an Ohio Buckeye O H - I O and I love poppers I’m going to make them this weekend Go Bucks
Buckeyes all the way from Ohio!!! Try a sweet Italian sausage, garlic and roasted tomatoes.

Great recipe! I have no skin in the game so I cheer on Michigan! Sorry the Lions lost again today!
Thanks Todd & Rachel 5-18-2022👍🏽♥️
Those look delicious. I don't eat pork, so I would have to make them with ground beef seasoned up. My favorite way to use up a bunch of jalapenos is to ferment them. Tremendous flavor and crunch.
Just use taco seasoning. No need for all that ferment faff
I live in Columbus Ohio. GO BUCKS!!!🏈🏈🏈. Thanks for this recipe 😊. OSU WILL WIN OF COURSE..... you're funny 🤣😂🤣
I love these with bacon and keep a few gallon bags in the freezer.
Todd don't scratch your eyes or......... Ouch I wear gloves LOL Great recipe!! Going to make this for Christmas Eve. God Bless.
Happy Thanksgiving and you could try using a grapefruit spoon to clean your jalapenos. 🤗
Looks good!

Go Bucks! Beat *ichigan! Thanks for the yummy snack!
They were so good Todd said mmm damn.. 🤣
The Buckeyes all the way!
And Michigan won! I like all the different camera angles. How much time did it take to stop, wipe your hands and set up your camera in another position? Wrap those peppers in som smoked bacon before you cook them
I'm not big on football like I was a dozen years or so ago, but my money is on Ohio! They are a tough bunch of folks!
Been living in Ohio for about 20 yrs so I would have to say "OH"!
I want MI to win, but think OH will win! But……I am a Notre Dame fan all the way! ☘️☘️☘️
