Julius is unreal. I can't believe what numbers he is benching....
Why can’t you believe it? HE WEIGHS 450 lbs lol. I’ve seen someone 155lbs bench 405 with a 3 second pause. That is substantially more impressive. Being born a giant human automatically grants you the ability to lift heavier objects. Not saying he isn’t strong, because he clearly is strong, but with respect to his weight it isn’t as impressive.
StreetStang As the weight being lifted increases the weight of the person has to increase in order to do so and it’s not a one to one ratio, it’s diminishing returns. I.e. to keep lifting heavier you have to get much much heavier to overcome the weight. Don’t believe me check out all the powerlifting records for the relevant weight classes. In general the increases in body weight do not lead to equally large increases in squat/bench/deadlift, whatever compared to the lower weight classes. That’s just the way it works.
Yes your guy is impressive but sorry it’s not as impressive as being the biggest raw bencher ever. Not even close!
@@newfinishautospa thats some bullshit right there from a strong pound for pound guy I wouldn't class my lifts which are above all the heavier mens pound for pound as more impressive this man is simple supreme he a human with two arms and legs and he in his on 0% people in his lifting bracket thats incredible we are just a bunch of normies.
@@marmedli9124 it's not bullshit. If u can't hit 770 u can't hit 770. U can blame your weight all day but u still can't do it and he can. Man up dont diminish another mans achievement cause you're incapable smh
@@newfinishautospa Agreed.
Thank you for the dope video!!! Much Love!!
Julius isnt human, fucking hell, seriously impressive man, his numbers are through the roof!!, big fan of his, hes definitely getting 800lb! 💪
Julius will bench 800 lbs is just a matter of time 💪 the dude is really strong
with the simple fact of looking at the weight and challenging ourselves and we are all champions; plus those who only decide for one will never know how to decide for themselves. It is simple ; a chain is not made or is strong by a single link, but all the links make a chain to be strong. The difference between the one who only lifts 100 pounds and the one who lifts 800 pounds is in your silence,And the one who truly motivates is not the one who chooses for one, but the one who chooses for all.
strongmanIT Yeah you right because Julius Maddox is only like 30 lbs or less to hit that 800 club. Go Julius Maddox 💪 You can do IT ... the Impossible that is💯
Strong INDEED💪🏿!
@Anthony Smith not sure but it's gotta be good lol
Larry wheels is king
Julius is a terrifyingly strong man. Incredible.
Stongman loll
Imagine Jay Cutler looking tiny in front of them
😂
jay is only 5'9...
Jays is also a shadow of his former self he used to be 300 lbs or there about off season weight at a scant height of 5"9
A retired jay...
These guys are fat af
It’s very interesting to watch the two different types of muscle at work. TD has a ton of speed and explosion. Julius is just raw power. I don’t believe TD has the ability to grind and power through a rep like Julius does.
Best of Julius is that he is a good and humble guy 💪💪
That's just an absurd amount of weight these men are pushing. Very impressive. Julius on the incline was ridiculous.
Great video!! I love bench press!!! 💪💪💪
My goal is to bench 70 kg before the year ends
Amazing vids.
Keep it coming
Awesome video bro. 💀 Love the music too!! 👊
That 299kg flatbench 6 reps was insane.
Julious is looking real good. 💪💪💪
Dudes a beast
great video mate... ;-)
This dude did 600 for 9 reps. I didn't even think that was possible.
Not worried big Julius Maddox I know you going to get 800 God gave you the strength I'm a big believer the lord always put that one athlete to be great at a sport and you are that one for the bench press King of the bench press keep up the hard work I support you we all do 💪🐺
If he dont get hurt the clock is ticking then it wont be good.
@@sissyturds519 true you see they was watching everything
And I can't forget you TD smash you will be the runner-up keep pushing your Boy like I know he push you you're a beast both of y'all beast mode keep up the hard work I support you too we all do 💪🐺
Excellent video,,
Man Big Ju on another level. He got raw power, even by the way he move the bar, he slow asf but he pausing too and it just moves the same way every step up he goes smh this man have irregular strength fasho no cap
Genetic freaks especially Juliuss.
The last rep of Julius on the Incline is insane! Watch
Crazy strong! Just ridiculous.
When you make Jay Cutler look small... wow
That's a small retired Jay Cutler.
@@mattbudesa3038 still bro...they huge
@@mr.makedonija2627 No doubt. Not huge in a good way necessarily though. Jay in his prime was 300lbs in the offseason and still 5% bodyfat. I find that more impressive.
@@mattbudesa3038 ya cutler a beast for sure
@@mattbudesa3038 LMAO! "Jay in his prime was 300lbs in the offseason and still 5% bodyfat.." 300 pounds full of ROIDS! Julius and TD are using waaaaaaaay less.
When I was young I was Original Powerhouse Gym out of Highland Park Detroit Power Team. I went from place to place to enter power meets. At 235lbs I would smash 500lbs and I thought that was a lot. Ken Lain and Ted Arcidi were guys we looked up to smashing 700 to 715lbs. I've been at meets in Texas and NY to see em lift. We thought that was a whole lot. But what Julius Maddox has done raw just training up to 800lbs. That's something never imagined, let alone seeing. Wow, all of that with reps. I can't find words to say about it. Totally awesome is all I can say.
When you see your "road to" weight being tossed around for reps. 🙁🙁🙁🙁
What's even more ridiculous, is you're seeing people like Eddie Hall and Brian Shaw's "Road To" weights being tossed around for reps.
Maddox is...alien strong.
Michel Schweinsberg that’s what he was referring too......
@Matt doubt it honestly, Eddie was chasing that record then made all these excuses to not go for it. The fact is Julius broke the record 3 times back to back and eventually Eddie just claimed all these things and said he wasn't going for it. Eddie isn't even in his prime anymore, sorry man eddie is a beast and still was, but he is nothing to be compared to against Julius in terms of the bench press.
@Matt lmao man yall be straight delusional.
My new heroes.
Whoever disliked this prolly can’t even bench 2 plates
It looks like julius was trying to protect his shoulder on the incline bench as he was not pressing quite straight on the 600 lbs press
Now those real natural monsters
My god, the raw power of these guys, repping 6 bills. Besides the lifting there built like a brick shit house.
POWER!!!
That many reps with 600lbs is craziness
I wasn't hip to Td before this video. That brother is also incredibly strong as well
They should be tag team wrestlers
I love when the bar dissappears in the fat.
both of them do that move at the bottom where they rock their elbows towards their head and then back towards their feet before pressing. like a pin press. is that something i am missing out on.
Man is really repping out 600lb on the incline 🤯. Absolute monster.
You got the x factor your the strongest bencher
They look like brothers
I feel pain in my chest after watching this
What is name background music
Any body know plz tell us music name.
I believe that Julius will eventually get 800lb
Once he hits 800lbs, it's going to take decades for someone to break that.
The Thumbnail of Vid made me think I was seeing a version of a BLACK Version of Hee Haw 😆🤣😅😂 lmao ✌️ Brother ✌️
imagine this guy playing the slapping game 😂 😂 😂
Lol...🤣🤣
Omg! Look at the size of those monsters! Lol
Damn j cutler looking small next to those monsters!!!
I wonder how much reps he can do with 225
Julius and TD should be NFL linebackers.
HOOOOW? How can i strogest in bench?
Yes Jay looks tiny. In front of the bench brothers
Thumbnail look like a 80's wrestler poster.
Actually , l met Jay Cutler, he was huge and looks small next to these gladiators!
WOW!
Well if Jay was in his prime when they took the photo things would have been a lot diffrent
👍💪
I dont like his technique, but this is good lift. no doubts, Maddox is very strong athlete! Wish him luck !
Damn
American Muscle!!
Is he the biggest dude in the world wow
I couldn't pretend bench more than both of those guys
Bgm please👹
Julius maddox is 6'3 and 440 pounds at his heaviestbut nowadays, i think he is somewhere between 380 and 400 pounds.
I couldn't even lift that much with fake plates.
These men are monstrosities that make me wake up at night in a cold sweat.
Thumbnail:Cutler looks tiny!
Strength comes at a cost
Nothing free in life
Music???
Warriyo - Mortals , Ascence - About You , Machinimasound - Queen Of The Night
my man julius out there benching other strong dudes deadlifts and for reps btw
Here I am, with my goal to bench 150 kg/290 lbs this year... Do I even lift🤣😭
That's still pretty good...of you compare with the other guys in the gym
syamand rahman 310 kg
油圧?
Right now Kirill is a very close second behind Julius Maddox so they are the 2 best bench presser in the world then it's whoever else.
Krill hasnt fu$ked with the bench press since he broke the record. He has no interest in it. Even scott mendelson tried to jump on him in one of his videos and Krill didnt seem to care that julius was gonna take his record last year........
Kirill was close when Maddox only broke his record by a few pounds.
But when Maddox put up 770...Kirill was no longer "close."
Actually there is a russion guy that only weighs 185 pounds and benches over 620 pounds, tell me how is julious bench more impressive, negative not when you weigh close to 500 pounds
@@StarzzyJJASD biggest will always be baddest.. and 800 lbs is always way more than 600
@@user-go5hv6dg3d not when the guy who is benching weights close to 500 pounds, someone who weighs 185 and benches over 620 pounds way more impressive
do you know the weight of TD ?
I think around 420
@@wpowolfpackinternational8346 a little lighter than Jullius, thanks
Julius weights between 206kg-210kg.
@@popcornto6032 about 440
@@kamukaze1 yes those are some big boys LOL
Lats and chest are one piece
7:50 if there was ever such a thing as a power oreo
Best bencher in the world by far but wouldn't you agree that he should retire after 800lbs? So he doesn't die of a heart attack or stroke. I mean let's be serious here he broke records but now it's time to cut weight and focus on longevity.
Let's be honest, these two guys or at least 200 lb obesely overweight
Strong men have to be. The increase in fat around the stomach helps prevent a hernia. There is no way a bodybuilder can compete with a strongman two different body types for two different sports. All strongmen are obese. Bodybuilders are obese when you use the recommended weight to height in which is used in medicine.
Yes they are and many people wouldn’t wanna weigh that much to be able to bench huge weights . The health risks alone make it very dangerous. But even weighing what they weigh and being on a Ton of gear., the weights these guys are lifting most human beings aren’t capable of even unracking .
TD Smash and Julius sort of rest the weight on their chest, especially TD Smash. I'm not knocking it at all, it just seems like physics will eventually win and the sternum will break. Or repeated presses like that might cause some real damage! That bar sinks into TD, DAMN!!!
Its muscle i dont think its hurting him like it look he controlling the weight not letting it sit he just got alot of mass so it looks that way.
Now bouncing off yeah over time i assume it could I'm no dr tho. I thought the sternum was made of a material that was sorta flexible anyways? 🤷🏾♂️
Dude, I'm so weak. There will be 2 guys benching 800lbs raw very soon. That's crazy.
They look natural. Just big dudes.
They aren't natural
@@randomstrongmanclip8598 Probably not, no lol. But i've seen plenty of black dudes nearly as big and it wouldn't be a stretch to imagine them benching a lot if they worked out.
@@transformationproject3583 he's a world record holder in powerlifting after only 5 years of training. Be don't be naive
:O
8 plates on bench...
Ok, but they can't swim 100 yards into open sea.
On the inclines he didn't go all the way down
becasue he don't want to tear his pec
Jay about 5-9 lmao
se ve que se toma la aguapanelita
Yo mantengo tomando aguapanela y lo mas que he hecho en el banco planco es 142.5 kg. Me va a tocar empezar a tomar mas aguapanela jajaj
if julius would do that fake exorcist lifting style, he couldve even pressed that unbalanced weight ^^
"excorcist" 🤣🤣
60% people from gym can't press a half this weight...
Swojtas way more than 60 percent. More like 90 percent.
That's the problem with you delusional expectations kids. You see someone on social media then think that's the norm. It's not.
Wile E Coyote I agree. But also on that same note if you train serious and correctly you can get pretty beastly strong. I thought a 275lb deadlift and a 225 bench was strong because I rarely saw anyone in the commercial gym deadlifting or benching heavier. It felt strong and heavy to me. Then I realized what strong actually was. As soon as I realized that a 500lb deadlift and 300lb bench was achievable by a natty with proper training I got there in like a year. Have realistic expectations. Know what is truly strong but realistically achievable but also know that most average lifters are weak. I hope that made sense. It did in my head lol
90% of the people at the gym can't DEADLIFT that weight.
It's completely useless is why. Squats or deadlift is actually useful.
Be a Lot Stronger if they Lost their Big Fat Guts.. Un Healthy
Ob vielleicht irgendjemand bald mal die 400 kg schafft?😊
Kirill is younger and can do more easly
No
Duvido!!!
Those 2 big fat strong guys are both strong has fuck they look natural are they natural? The Reason why I’m asking because you got Powerlifters out there that are not natural at all.
No they are not
What😂,Petr L.
