Wow this was impressive. We seem to make such a fuss about having the best (often most expensive) supplies possible so it was pretty amazing to see such a beautifully done page with simple children’s Crayola markers. Great job.
Thank you, and yes I agree with you on fussing about often expensive supplies. They are definitely not for all pages, but I have seen some pretty incredible colorings with Crayola. Thanks for watching!
We definitely need more artists taking the time to make these types of videos that show less expensive tools can make wonderful art. Knowing a little bit about shading, highlights, color combinations, tone and values is all you need. Love Crayola products and the challenge to produce work that is worthy to frame next to those higher end overpriced markers, paints and pencils. Awesome channel!
I really enjoyed seeing what you can do with Crayola markers. I will try this. Over thinking is the enemy of creativity for me. I look at a page like this and think, i don't have the supplies to do it justice. haha!. So thanks for a Gorgeous example of using inexpensive Crayola Markers!🥰
An amazing job you did with the Crayola markers! I loved watching the process and can so see myself trying the watercolor technique with those! 😊 I love it!!😍 One question....was there any Bleed through from them using the marker directly on the paper vs the watercolor method?? Thanks for the great video.....you should be on Patreon!😊😁💕
Thank you T! I will try to remember to show the backside pages during my completed pages at the end of the month, but really the bleed through wasn't to bad. I feel like it was mostly due to using to much water in areas or not letting the first layer dry. The markers on their own, didn't bleed through. Sometimes, the markers are pretty juicy, (lol) and then going over and over an area can cause them to go through, but I didn't really notice that on this paper.
Thank you. I did get a little bleed through from the water. Not bad at all though. It was because I didn't wait for it to dry before I put more on top. I will show in my finished pages video this month.
Thank you and thanks for subscribing! There is a tiny bit of bleed through. If you check out my March 2022 finished pages, I show the other pages and talk about the bleed through. Hope that helps!
Thank you very much. I kind of loose track of time when working on these, but the green background took the longest, an hour or so. I think my total record time was 2 hours, but then obviously edited and speed up, coloring off screen, maybe 3-4 hours. I don't usually do it all at once.
Thank you! Not to much bleed through. There are a few spots, where I had too much water or where I didn't let the first layer dry and went back over it. When I do when my completed pages video, I will try to remember to show the back sides. Thanks for watching!
Hi Sarah, thank you for subscribing! The markers by them selves don't bleed through. It was only when I did the water with them that there was a few spots that bled. And that was because I didn't let dry before going on top. When I do my finished pages at the end of month, I will show the backsides. Thanks for watching!
Hi Amber, there was a little bleed through in areas I went over with the water color and I didn't let dry. I will show the backsides when I do the monthly completed pages. It really wasn't too bad. Thanks for watching!

When using the markers does it bleed through? Also thanks for the video and the techniques used on there

New sub here. I love your style. Do the markers and water bleed through to the back of the page?

Timewise, how long did this page take you to make? It's so impressively done! I've never thought about using markers as watercolour paint 😅

Amazing job. How much bleed through the pages did you have?

Did u have any bleed through when going over an area multiple times?
