- The plaintiff brings her mother’s ex-boyfriend to court. She claims she gave the defendant money for car issues, but he hasn’t yet paid it back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says he allowed the plaintiff to use his vehicle until he paid back the money.

So it seems you have very little regard for people who have overcome their drug addictions? I would disagree though. EX addicts demonstrate tremendous accountability. It's addicts who are still using who have not developed accountability. I personally think he's still using "something". However, he's making progress.
