- The plaintiff had never met the defendant before he attacked her. The plaintiff claims the defendant spat on her, threw her on the ground, and cut her with a knife, but she got arrested for battery. The plaintiff is suing for medical bills, attorney fees, and emotional distress. The defendant insists the plaintiff instigated the fight.

Had it been the other way around, you would have gotten your wish. He is CLEARLY biased and would have been a HORRIBLE judge. Thank Gawd he was only a "justice of the peace" judge and NOT a circuit or superior court judge, or else there would be a LOT of innocent people locked up for nothing other than his emotional tirades...

This case was very strange and confusing. The plaintiff said the defendant (who she didn’t know) chased her down for ignoring him, spit on her, fought her, pulled out a knife… and then she got charged??? 🤔 The defendant comes with a totally different story… and her police report and medical records worked against her…why did she come to court?? 🤦🏾♀️
