Linen > cotton I’ll never go back to cotton. Linen is so cool and over time feels like soft whipped clouds and they wrinkle so sexy Aesthetic and gorgeous feeling.
Linen lasts longer due to the fiber being much longer. The cotton fibers are shorter, so after washing and machine-drying they come off, making much of the lint you find in the traps. So linen, or hemp, are best if you are thinking longevity. Which means you should pick a classic, non-fad colour. You want your grand-children to enjoy them as a legacy!
Don’t get casa Luna linen sheets from target. They look gorgeous except they are linen and all the reviews claim they don’t even last a year and show pictures of thinning and holes where people sleep. Linen is suppose to let long but not in the case of that brand and they are expensive.
Was never sure about linen and what it was. It says it's flax fibers. Is that always the case, or are there companies out there saying that the material their products are made from is linen but it really isn't natural but rather something manmade and they're trying to trick us? It gets so tiring having to research every product because of these tricky companies.
I read that Linen also has a higher frequency than cotton and helps the body heal. Linen has a frequency of 5000 and cotton is only at a 100. Hospital use linen to help heal patients so there is another great reason to go with natural linen fiber bedding and cloths.
I bought supposedly 100% linen sheets and they make lint like CRAZY …we find them hot too..they feel like a linen cotton blend. In your experience does 100% linen create lint? I always thought it should be almost lint free. Thanks
You need both for swaping also for the eyes that like colors to SEE, I take a flower any size everyday just to look at it and the color(s) then place t in my room. blend
Major pro for linen is that it looks better not ironed over cotton ???

Linen is flax, linen….(blend)
Just includes some flax mixed with whatever it says on the tag
Have a closer look at the materials. It may be 100% linen or a linen blend
Always check the label, it says what fiber is used.. always look for 100% linen, there are linen blend like linen-cotton blend linen viscose etc.,
@@nathenschultz3004 which removes it's healing properties, so you might as well buy cotton
Thank you for this informative video...and the link with the information on linen bedding sets😍
Glad it was helpful!
I do not find linen sheets comfortable at all, no matter how much I wash them. However, they look great on my bed, but I need them to feel good too.
This video is highly…slept on 😅
Good one. We stitched it together just for you.

For allergies is linen or cotton preferable??

I've always favored cotton but have used both.
Nothing feels softer than cotton on the skin.
AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN 🎉
I agree
linen is actually softer
Try Tencel or mulberry silk. You will never go back to cotton
Why wasn’t the thing about being 5000mhz in linen mentioned
And ironing. Less electricity as you don’t have to iron linen it looks nice natural
Gonna have to try
❤very good video❤
cotton isn't moisture wicking at all. wow, you get a - for that.
I’m a linen girl !!

Thread count matters too. Cotton seems to more “organic” options.
all linen is organic
Just the opposite, cotton is grown with a lot of pesticides, linen needs no pesticides at all.
#COTTON all day 4 me🎉
Oh no, Big Cotton got to you, too.
