Women Connect 35x30 Webinar: Mentorship and Sponsorship: How To Find and Leverage Them Both

On June 5, the Manufacturing Institute presented a virtual event titled, Women Connect: Mentorship and Sponsorship: How To Find and Leverage Them Both . Attendees walked away with insights into the potential benefits of mentorship and sponsorship in their own lives and various ways to support women in their company through mentorship and sponsorship.
This professional development opportunity was hosted by Tori Cox, Manager, Women’s Engagement, Manufacturing Institute. The guest speakers were: Delia Contreras , Vice President of Engineering & Functional Excellence at Honeywell  and Jenny Paige, Director of Product Marketing Consumer at Goodyear.
The Manufacturing Institute is the education and workforce development affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers. Women Connect is part of the Institute’s larger Women MAKE America initiative to empower women in manufacturing.
