you all prolly dont care at all but does someone know a trick to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid lost my account password. I would love any help you can give me
@Weston Jaxx thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Hi there! I just wanted to say thank you. Life has been really hard lately, but watching these videos makes me content and calm. As someone who knits, crochets, and sews, I love seeing something artistic and beautiful being created out of raw materials! Thank you for not promoting companies within your videos, and not making the videos about you, versus the craft (like other woodturners). I always look forward to your next video.
That was freaking amazing, as I could not even envision what it was going to look like when done, until you had finished. WOW! ...and that was a pretty ingenious trick with the Duct Tape to get the little square cubes to stay in place where you could glue them in exactly where you wanted them with minimal (if any) mess. WOW! Can't wait to see what comes next.
I don't know many craftsmen that could even do half of what you've done here. I don't know why your vids are coming through late, but I'm sure as hell glad to finally see them.
I couldn't wait to see the outcome! Did not fast forward though, you do plenty of that. It's mesmerizing to watch your own time-lapse. You never fail to impress me. Love it!!
I've said it once I'll say it again, Genius! Some of your techniques would never enter my head, thats why I love watching you, you learn something new every video x 😍
Thats what amazes me, I would never think of half of these techniques. Just when I think he's gonna go one way, he surprises me and goes completely opposite lol x
Even the way you put glue on is bloody clever. If that was me there would be far more glue on me than the wood! This is gorgeous, a lovely clean, deceptively simple modernist form.
the chatoyance in this piece of wood is incredible! and the skill to get the plate so thin without knocking off a corner! beautiful. really gorgeous piece!
I love the checkah-checkah sound when you start turning the raw piece. The German word „drechseln“ for woodturning captures this perfectly. And I love it when the sound changes into a soft chchchchchchch when it gets smoother. It is extremely satisfying. And of course the result is amazing. Such a cool and minimalistic design. Thank you for your great work and greetings from Lübeck, Germany
Andy's channel is one that I watch from beginning to end..... Absolutely beautiful piece of work Andy. I just love everything about his channel. Wood is so gorgeous. Thank you for sharing this video. From katrinka🌴
Oh so amazing , I really love the orange resin colour and the way you used the split wood pattern to match on either side ... the resin looks like little pieces of stain glass , so beautiful . You are truly gifted
I love watching you work. Love it even more knowing you didn't hurt yourself on the tools or the high speed spinning wood. You just make the most pretty things for me. Just be careful honey.
What a beautiful piece of wood with an inlays of colored resin and that is the most beautiful piece of wood that you chose keep up the good work I like your artwork
Great idea, beautifully executed! Very brave to go with a recess on such a thin piece. I always get at least one imperfect corner on these type of turnings.
The final result incredible, you started from the difficulty and went to the complication and now you are in the complexity of the art, but the subtractions of your work are always surprising. Congratulations Andy👌👌👍👍👏👏👏👏😎🇪🇸🇲🇦
I remember the time when you had 10k subs... You and your work has grown a lot. Good job! Actualy your plywood vase video gave me insporaton for my buisness... Thank you a lot!🙃
It looks so brilliant, I love the different colour resins that you used they make the light shine differently each way you look at it. Take care and stay safe.
Such a beautiful piece. It reminds me of something you'd see in a Frank Lloyd Wright house. The finish is a match and so is the use of color. Well done!
Yay - managed to use one of your pieces for inspiration rather than just my usual mediocre copy 🙂 Did one with 2cm dowel segments end on instead of the square blocks so got some interesting resin shapes. It did occur it a bit late in the day that there wasn't a lot of glue contact holding the two halves together but I put a glue block across both with a faceplate and did a foot in compression on the base and it all held together which was a win! Might try rhomboids next to get a bit more glue on! Thanks for the inspiration 👍
I was trying to guess how it would look in the end. Such beautiful, simple lines! Well done Andy! You always give me the inspiration to push my skills and vision. Thanks for sharing!
Every single thing you make just gets more and more Amazing... Every 'Other' Week!😉😂 Your talent knows no bounds! Each project Always turns out to be my favorite! Have a great week and see you next time! May You and Yours Stay safe and Well and Stay Blessed!
Incredible! Andy when the outer edges seem 'invisible' when spinning on the lathe, do they just appear that way on camera or is that what you see when turning the objects?
@@rorell thank you for that. I know why it appears to be invisible. Sometimes though the frame rate at which a camera is recording can make things look different on playback to what you see with the naked eye in person. So was wondering if that's what he sees when turning, it if it was just an inadvertent camera trick. Hope that clears my question up!
Major props to Andy for woodturning even when the edges were not visible as the lathe was spinning.
That was some straight up magic watching that project haha
@@automotiverenderings They'd have burned him as a witch back in the day....

Andy that is really cool. Love the wood grain. A couple of times there I was thinking what is he up to. Take care be safe!💖💖💖💖
Thanks 👍
"And for my next trick..."
(turns on machine)
(wood becomes invisible)
I’ve been watching several other wood turners here on UA-cam, and Andy Phillip appears to be the best I’ve seen so far.
I don't know many craftsmen that could even do half of what you've done here.
I don't know why your vids are coming through late, but I'm sure as hell glad to finally see them.
The shot of turning right out at the end of the wings was cool, it looked like you were turning nothing! Stunning work Andy 😁👍🏻
Don’t know how I missed your channel. Such a delight to watch. Mesmerizing.
I couldn't wait to see the outcome! Did not fast forward though, you do plenty of that. It's mesmerizing to watch your own time-lapse.

Precision, beauty, and epoxy all at the same time. - couldn't ask for more!!
I've said it once I'll say it again, Genius! Some of your techniques would never enter my head, thats why I love watching you, you learn something new every video x 😍
What a cool technique at the start to glue the piece wow 😮
Thats what amazes me, I would never think of half of these techniques. Just when I think he's gonna go one way, he surprises me and goes completely opposite lol x
every tiny detail thought to perfection...and then there's the tools/equipment to make the miracle complete. Holy chit.
So simple and yet so beautiful.
You turned a square...never seen anything like that before. Simple and elegant
Even the way you put glue on is bloody clever. If that was me there would be far more glue on me than the wood! This is gorgeous, a lovely clean, deceptively simple modernist form.
I have never heard of Meranti. It is a beautiful wood with a subtle grain. Nice job.
Stunning plate with Pride colours!
❤🧡💛💚💙💜
So lovely!
🤩❤❤❤👍
Whoa...Meranti looks georgeous!
And square - just something different and the colors pop. A really nice piece!
Wow !! Beautiful wood , beautiful colours. Thanks again Andy
use of color and accuracy on wood turning table are just flawless..! your video motivates me so much with my woodcrafting!
Had no idea what this thing was until the end to be honest. Still a masterpiece regardless. Keep up the good work Andy.
the chatoyance in this piece of wood is incredible! and the skill to get the plate so thin without knocking off a corner! beautiful. really gorgeous piece!
The wood grain is beautiful and love the little color squares. I guess it is a plate or bowl. Doesn't matter- it is just lovely!
Beautiful to watch your expertise. Literally thinking out of the box.. imagination is still alive and well.
Something kind of ”retro” about this piece. 🤔 Would look great in a home with, say, Scandinavian 1960s furniture... 👍🏻
You could have said 6287 Mars loook and I would have more of a clue what you try to describe 😂
@@kozara8202 Google is your friend. 😉
Omgosh that's a beautiful shape & the colored squares are gorgeous
Beautiful. The wood grain is mesmerizing. Such precision. Fun to watch.
Beautiful wood. A wonderful piece. But watching you shape it was the biggest thrill. And then you make it so thin. You have magnificent skills.
Amazing 👏 🙀
정말 놀라운 기술이네요,
Simple, stunning, and highly appealing. Your creative juices flow unrestricted, Andy!
this is another stunning project. Proof for me that the best work is still to come! Can't wait for the next video.

Good luck with the GCSEs 👍
Andy Phillip - thanks
I suspect many of us here used to draw circles and spirals on desk fans. Thanks, Andy, this video was satisfying AF.
Simple yet very stylish. Great choice of wood and color. I really like it, Andy!

You amaze me! I thought the piece was finished...but you are the amazing Andy!! Love it!
Really nice work! I love the natural wood color and the colors you chose for the rainbow. It’s really beautiful 💜

That trick with the duct tape was pretty slick!! Beautiful project!!
Beautiful, Andy. That was a completely different approach than what we're used to with great results. Stay safe.

Thanks 👍
Wow! I wasn't sure where you were going with this one until the very end. I love the shape of it! So cool! Nice job, Andy. 💜

Some marvellous art your creating in your shop . Bravo!
Great idea, beautifully executed! Very brave to go with a recess on such a thin piece. I always get at least one imperfect corner on these type of turnings.
Thank you for not making us watch you mix all the colors of resin. You know what we want to see. Beautiful as always.❤️
I can't believe what you did in this video! So beautiful!!
Amazing piece of art, love it!!! At 14.20 it looks like a butterfly to me with a multicoloured body and wings in the grains of the wood.... ❤️🇳🇱
Beautiful piece....impeccable workmanship!
You did what you set out to do. Bloody marvelous!
Love it!
That looks fantastic Andy 💕😊 I love the rainbow of resin colors and the wood is just beautiful! Thank you for another great video!

That is unbelievable. Such skill, such beauty. Nice one Andy
Very art Deco Rennie Mackintosh style. Love the Subtle curves of the bowl yet keeping square lines. Stunning piece.
Another gorgeous piece. You are a very talented craftsman.
Amazing.... specially when you were working on the invisible corners... 😊
verry good video! Its satisfying to watch!

Superb!! I had no idea it would turn out to be so beautiful..
Incredible!
Andy when the outer edges seem 'invisible' when spinning on the lathe, do they just appear that way on camera or is that what you see when turning the objects?
That's usually what it looks like at high speed. You gotta be careful when turning it; pieces like that can be temperamental.
Yeah, during the 9’ area that is so crazy looking! I’ve always wondered if you can see anything there or if you’re going off feel.
@@rorell thank you for that.

Yes a bit invisible...If you notice on the video I've put markers on the tool rest as a guide 👍
Andy, that is beautiful!
