    More bumstead workout breakdowns would be cool. Definitely would watch those. Really, any other current or past bodybuilder lifting videos that you break down would be much appreciated.

    Dorian Yates workouts could be interesting since he always was very cautious with the exercise selection

    Your videos are really great, i love the way you contextualise exercices instead of just citing some phrases from studies and generalising. Keep it going!!

    Hi Ben, great video- love your content here and on ig too. Was wondering, if for a cable pullover you set it up so that the arm path goes across the body (such as single arm with a cuff for example), could that perhaps improve the movement from a perspective of biasing the lat more? I assume it still wouldn't be the most efficient but I'm just curious. Thanks!

    Ben can you explain pullovers a bit more, perhaps with moment arms and the antagonist muscle highlighted bc I find them confusing. I thought the prime mover in the db pullover was the chest? I get the cable pullovers working the teres minor but can you go through the full movement in a bit more detail.

    HI BEN !! GREAT BREAKDOWN THAT WAS , I HAVE A QUESTION IN MIND ABOUT LOMBARD'S PARADOX , Like they say how can two opposing muscle groups ( quads and hams can contract together in squats ) Isnt the hamstring working with the glutes to extend at hip joint or a little bit isometric contraction to resist the anterior pelvic tilt ( basically stabilising the pelvis ) .. lemme know what you think

    How can there be more teres in a pullover when it’s a synergistic muscle?

    Just finished watching all your vids. Interesting perspectives. I hope you make more vids. I don't 100% agree on everything, but I definitely am open minded to an intelligent and well thought out opposing point of view. I feel as if absorbing your philosophies could be beneficial. Also, you're much more likeable on UA-cam than you are on IG...so darn controversial! 😅👍

    Great video mate.
    What about his total volume and intensity?I see so many “bio mechanic experts” saying anywhere from 8-15 sets per muscle group per week, and others saying 10-20?
    Everyone contradicts everyone lol

    • @joshuapeek9555
      @joshuapeek9555 2 роки тому +2

      theyre not contradictions perse. the problem is a "set" isnt standardized. so people saying 20 sets im willing to bet are training at 3-4+ RIR whereas people saying 8 sets are training to failure
      until theres not an arbitrary standard of a "set" we'll never have the same answer
