I absolutely love this artisan made kit from www.robinbetterley.com. I enjoy supporting small businesses and this kit was a joy!
This kit includes everything you need to make a Little Book House, which is a dollhouse for a dollhouse with books on either side. I created some tiny Halloween themed details for the front porch from clay. I devised a simple technique and used liquid clay to make the tiniest black cat ever.
Here's the kit:

Check out Robin Betterley's Secret Books because I really love them:

I have lots of projects planned like abandoned miniatures, Dollar Store furniture makeovers, room boxes, dioramas and Dollhouse Miniature decor, furniture and accessories in multiple scales. I also have a large Harry Potter build planned for 1" scale.

Love the customisation! And the added halloween details 🎃 🐈⬛ are sooo tiny and super cute.
Thank you! I love your latest video. I'm really excited about that Ballroom.
This is so freaking cute..I love the idea you used to do the tiny cat. Amazing.. so adorable..
Thank you so much!
Omg 😱 I love the tiny black cat. The kit is so adorable, as always great job 👏🏼.
🤗 It's the cutest little thing. I don't think it could have turned out better.
What a fun video. I absolutely love the jack o lantern and black cat additions. Thank you again for the great job you do explaining our kits.
My pleasure! I love all Robin Betterley kits.
That's a cool kit, however, your pumpkin and black cat stole the show. The flocking part was great, I got a good laugh, your humor is priceless. 🤣
Thank you!!! Full disclosure, I gathered all the flocking after I blew it away with the glue bottle and did it again immediately.
@@queencityminis Of course you did! Who wouldn't?
I wouldn't have thought to use the liquid clay that way, but it's perfect!
Thank you! I used it previously to make hardware for an apothecary cabinet. I made a mold then.
Brilliant! Love that teeny kitty...........
Thank you! I should name it 😃
Omigosh, I laughed out loud when I first saw the Jack-o-lantern's face! So cute! Also, the cat! Adorable!
Haha thank you! I don't use polymer clay very often, especially for such tiny things. For a moment there, I felt like Sugar Charm Shop 😹
This came out so cute Shyra..I love how the moss mixed with the glue came out..Im gonna have to remember that trick..and you did good with the liquid sculpy cat..that worked out great!!🥰
Thank you so much!
Mixing the flocking into glue is my new favorite technique. There's much more control and it looks more natural.
The trick with the liquid clay for the cat is so clever! I work in 1/2 scale so I'm definitely trying that for details.

Here's another thing I did with liquid clay. I used it to make hardware for a cabinet and it turned out great.
I like the method with liquid clay, definitly helps for that scale. And you say it works for you, each one we need to practice to know what's better for us 🤗
Absolutely! Thank you
great job . I love all of house book nook series . the cat and the pumpkin - my eyes sore .
Too true! I meant to show more of the process for making the jack o lanterns face but I accidentally held it too close to my face and it was off-camera.
Great video. I like "tiny"too!
It's so good!
I want that tiny cat! it's so fantastic and the use of the liquid sculpey was genius!
😂 It is super adorable. I'm pretty pleased with it. I used the same technique to decorate a Halloween treat! You'll have to keep your 👀 s peeled for that video.
Love the technique with the cat, and the others !

Adorable! How do you know when the clay is fully cured when using the heat gun?
I just bake it for 30 seconds and so and hope for the best. So far, so good.
