I'm a graduate biomedical engineering student and my only tip would be to drink your coffee at least 30 mins after taking the vitamins. Caffeine inhibits vitamin absorption. Don't want all those minerals to go to waste ;).
My tip is, you should drink your water with the apple vinegar with the straw. I'm studying a dentistry and my teacher said that acid is really bad for your teeth. It can really destroyed your teeth. ☺💕
E.g. is if you take sugary stuff your oral flora will be compromised for 20minutes after. Now ppl with GERD or similar diseases have been known have dental caries in their posterior teeth due to gastric reflux action.🐴

Do you decide on a meal, then buy what you need? Or keep all on hand? I find it a little hard to plan for a whole week when meal prepping. I love "what I eat in a day" videos. I almost always have to pack my lunch (the night before to save time) since I am at work during the day, so if you have good ideas on lunches to pack, I'd enjoy seeing those. I also like ideas for meal prep (so that there's less work to do in the evenings coming home from work...like ideas for putting together meals in 15 minutes). Thank you for all the good ideas in your videos. You do a great job.
I struggle to eat healthy because I view it as only a function. So my food is ugly. I eat straight out of the container or plop it into a bowl. After watching a couple of your videos I realized how much nicer it is to take a minute to make it look delicious. This morning I made a bowl with my plain Greek yogurt surrounded by kiwi slices (I eat the peel too bc you're right that it's chock-full of good things), half a banana sliced, and a sliced apricot. Sprinkled it all with sliced almonds and pumpkin seeds. It was so appetizing my husband almost stole it while I was putting things away. (This, rather than just wolfing down the fruits whole and spooning the yogurt out of the container as I'd normally do.) Putting in that extra minute or two of effort made such a difference in my meal. Thanks for all the simple healthy meals that look beautiful to eat.

Don't listen to the guy that commented ACV is bad for your teeth. She's a model so she probably gets her teeth whitened. A good tip would be to brush your teeth a little bit after having anything like coffee, black tea, soda or sugary.

I know you’re trying to be healthy, and olive oil is generally healthy, but it doesn’t heat well. It oxidizes quickly and has a low smoke point. So it’s not that good for roasting or heating. It’s excellent for dressing salads or dipping vegetables and breads. I suggest looking into avocado oil or grapeseed oil for roasting and cooking purposes. Feel free to do your own research to verify the oxidizing and smoke points for each oil.
I didn't know avocado oil had a high smoking point, i thought only coconut oil. Thanks so much! I didn't want to use coconut oil for everything I bake or roast in the oven.

Maybe I'm not cooking on high enough heat, but I actually just bought Organic Avocado oil and will be testing it out in the kitchen! Sanne Vloet Hi. So awesome to hear that. I’m glad you’re trying so many things. Avocado is my favorite of all. I find it has the most mild tasting flavor of all oils I’ve tried. It’s great for making dressing with other spices. I use it to roast vegetables too. Coconut oil spray is great for frying things that are sweet, like pancakes. Otherwise I use avocado oil. Olive is my go to for dipping fresh baked bread when I am eating bread or making quick dressing like oil/vinegar or oil/lemon. I can’t say I like grapeseed oil too much. It’s a little weird tasting to me.

Since I went 3 free diet(dairy, sugar and gluten free+pescatarian), my intestine got recovered and have a clear head, not feeling tired all the time like I used to be before. So your recipes were really interesting to watch:)
@@SanneVloet Yes alooot of problems overall but thank God it is all gone now:) after i cut off all wheat products and usually many wheat products have dairy and sugar and fat inside so when i stopped eating wheat, it helped me to cut off dairy and sugar, too:)

I experiment in the kitchen and I also have a lot of cook books where I take recipes I like and make them my own! Have you tried out different things in the kitchen before? xx
Since I went 3 free diet(dairy, sugar and gluten free+pescatarian), my intestine got recovered and have a clear head, not feeling tired all the time like I used to be before. So your recipes were really interesting to watch:)

@@SanneVloet Yes alooot of problems overall but thank God it is all gone now:) after i cut off all wheat products and usually many wheat products have dairy and sugar and fat inside so when i stopped eating wheat, it helped me to cut off dairy and sugar, too:)
