One thing I did with my original was cutting off the stop on the launcher ram so it extends all the way to the end of the launch track. If you unscrew the underside part of the middle of the trailer, you will find the length of the rail. There is a molded stop, presumably added for Hasbro to reduce the launch speed for roller for the international market. Cutting off the stop will really shoot Roller off the deck at a much more impressive if not comedic rate.
The new 'rub symbols' by ToyHax are much better than the ones they made years ago. The older ones ToyHax made would still show a faint faction outline and would never fade to a uniform black shield. Now they are virtually identical to the original vintage rub symbols. You just need to trim them yourself.
Walmart reissue a couple years back. the one that came without the trailer. the one I have has the same leg problem. and that's from hasbro. so its not just the china ko. I have about 20 chins ko. and they are 99% the same. just let orginal g1 transformers toy. after transformering them they will get loose.
