They werent cheating bro, and if he is theb is too, that was a good quickswap but nothing impossible, theb does things like that every single video, proof they werent cheating is when they missed the shots, if they was aimboting they wouldnt miss a shot
I wouldn't call it just on that but the thing is he was quite deep under water for a person to quickly identifying target (which is blurred cause of being under water) + aim and shoot. Also no mermaid spawned yet so the board wasn't so obvious unless he was spotted from far away jumping by the helmsman using an eyeglass (which he didn't cause the helm was on repairs on the lower deck). The big boy couldn't have spotted theb jumping cause he was running to catch the sails facing the other way + no lens glare was spotted from their boat previous to the jump. The big boy could either be a god at spotting, predicting plays and aiming or he could have just be so lucky to peek that side (theb could have gone to either side) and have his camera face directly at theb or (the most probably) he pre-aimed theb (meaning big boy can see entities through walls)
It even looks like theb never fought someone who hit shots like him, in 0:42 guy just hit 2 shots on him and "oh hes cheating" proof they werent cheating is the moments they missed
