PAC Boo The Dancing Ghost with original (Or very similar) song

Thanks again to Cole Walker for showing me this audio, he said I could also make a video on this.
The reason I say same or very similar song is because something just doesn't sound right about the audio from the tape compared to the item, I think they were made with different instruments. They have both have bat and owl sound effects, but the placement seems different and they sound different. I tried to change the speed and pitch to get the tape to sound like the item, but I couldn't get it just right. Maybe they applied some audio effect that made it sound different, I'm not sure what would make it sound like that.
For this video, I took the beginning and end of the audio track on the tape and put them together to make one long version of the song. I by chance noticed that the song appears at the very beginning and end of it, but the one at the end is longer, louder, and doesn't have the sound effects.
In the middle of typing this, I decided to go and give it one last shot to make it sound like the item, but trying with the audio at the end because I thought that maybe they used that part and added their own sound effects, but I still wasn't able to get it to sound the same. It's possible they used another version of the same song that I haven't heard or they composed their own version based off the song from the tape. If you recognize the song and know the name, I'd be interested in knowing it.

Im almost certain it's the same song. It's also used on most Fitco items audio, but I think the thriller chiller cassette that the music was taken from came first. Still can't find a song name though.
