As a learning 3D modeller, the 3D animations hurt. Its clear that the people making them had a poor understanding of the software, and little to no understanding of how to properly animate. Blender, atleast, has many shortcuts in the rigging, texturing, and animating process. You only have to rig 1 side of a mesh, and Blender can automatically fill out the other side. Procedural textures (Generated with shader node magic and math) can easily be used to texture models in seconds. And animation can be done in minutes, if you rig properly. Just want to note: That one horrid 3D outro; all of those animations are stolen from youtube. I've seen most of them, they're re-animated portions of shows made for school projects.
that first 3D one stole there example "work" from animschools and their examples of student work and the final character was as far as I can tell made in adobe fuse which is a very basic software for making characters, where you just simply choose head type, body, hair and clothes from presents and is only slightly more detailed than something like the sims 4 character creator, just to give more insight on that one, and for $353 is like a complete scam.

I am from Germany and I also tried working on this type of site. A few of my poems got published. I also won a lot of prizes for them. So I decided to try selling poems. My gig was called something along the lines of "I will write a poem on any topic" and included all the references I had at this time. My first order was a woman who wanted a poem with about 1000 words, which is more than I offered, but I wanted a high star rating so I did it anyway. After spending a long time writing it, she answered and refused to pay, because she thought the lines did not rhyme (they did, I am not an idiot). I asked her which ones, but she never answered. The support just deleted her rating, but the money was lost. This happend a few times (people not paying, straight up ignoring me or wanting a refund without a specific reason). It is sad that many more or less talented artists do not get the credit, payment or ratings they deserve, while weak and overpriced offers often get boosted by algorythm...
thats what scammers do, they order stuff then take the product and cancel order. fiverr or other market place will always take the buyers side no matter what
yep something unfortunate happened to me too as an artist. He started to ask for revisions only after i finished the entire chibi drawing. I told him, i don't want to continue the commission anymore, and he can just go away and take the drawing for free. I don't wanna exhaust myself with late noticed revisions.I also saw his rate history to other artist, he seem to be that dick who gives low rating and can't be satisfied, so i'm glad i cancelled it so he can't rate me. Besides his budget is so low to even deserve revisions. After that I blocked him, so he won't come and find me again.
I wonder if theres a way to put copyright logos on documents like poems before sending them out. That would at least feel more safer. Like how you put logos that cannot be removed on videos.
It's some generic 3d model from soft like Daz3D, makehuman or character creator 3 or adobe fuse - zero effort. You can make it in less time than the installation takes.
WOW! Thank you for saving me the money- I was thinking of going on fiver to get a channel intro for my UA-cam channel, but instead, I'll just keep awkwardly saying, "hi guys..." lol
@Feel-!T and also maybe communicate with them to give them feedback instead of just saying "I trust whatever you do." They have to know when you like something and when you don't, what you would prefer to have changed, etc. I do this sort of communication all the time when I do commissions on IMVU. If someone wants me to make them a new hairstyle color, I don't just say, "Here it is, like it or lump it." Rather, I make the color, apply it to the hairstyle mesh, and send them pics of the work in progress; "Here's what it looks like with 2 highlights and here it is with three. Is the color what you wanted, or are you looking for something darker/lighter/with more contrast?" I think it would make a difference if, when commissioning art on Fiverr, you tell them "I'd like something that looks like this animation trailer you posted. Is that possible in this time frame/for this price?" And when they give you something that looks like a stop-motion Poser figure, you can say "That's not what I paid for."
I think the point of this video doesn’t showcase Fiver is a waste rod money, but rather spending $300 for 3D animation is going to get you crummy quality. Animation takes a lot of time and work. For high quality you need to think about spending at least over $1,000 if not more.
Venetrix as he said he was sponsored and thats how he made the video, also he’s bound to make at least double what he spent on the video... but I totally agree it makes me sad that he is wasting this money when he sort of knew it was a scam before he even spent the money
If you think that's how marriage should work, never get married. Regardless, this is his job. He makes these videos with (sometimes) money from sponsors and receives money via adsense here on youtube per number of views on ads before and during a video. What he puts in to produce a video is likely less than he makes off of the video in the end.

The “pixar” like 3d animation quality looks VERY similar to one of those student animator features by an animation school I forgot the name of, looks like it was stolen(???) from that feature
Katiebug gayAF Fiverr delivers the order and gives the customer unlimited opportunities to decline it or request a re-do. Jazza accepted the orders for the sake of the video and not to spoil it for himself.
in Jazza's case, he can't since he's using it for commercial use but usually u can request a re do or Fiverr will compensate with a gift card or something.
But sometimes buyer dont explain and just leave it in the middle....so you have to deliver whatever you can come up with....now refund wouldn't be fair because seller is wasting alot of time on it.....😔😔

Okay but she looks like she is from big mouth
Honestly I'd watch it 😂
that first 3D one stole there example "work" from animschools and their examples of student work and the final character was as far as I can tell made in adobe fuse which is a very basic software for making characters, where you just simply choose head type, body, hair and clothes from presents and is only slightly more detailed than something like the sims 4 character creator, just to give more insight on that one, and for $353 is like a complete scam.
The end result of the one with the attacking snake was literally the sims 3 with some mods
Tbh, it looks even less detailed.

I feel like the best one by far was the wildcard one with the family. the others honestly... werent that great

RisingMooon I agree, except I think the second one was also pretty great. The others... I’m concerned
He got so scammed here, feels bad man
Kinda -- he more than makes up for it with sponsorship money and ad revenue. And the content he got was used for a video which will get hundreds of thousands of views, so ... I don't feel bad for him at all :)
Paul Vanukoff
Dude, it always feels terrible to just loose money like that. And on a scam as well! That’s legitimately the shittiest feeling, knowing that you’ve financially supported a scam artist.
At least the people who watch this video will know not to request commissions by these “artists”
(Also, you usually have to pay the original creator/artist more, if you want to use their pieces to earn money, which Jazza is technically doing, so he does pay an extra fee)
@@ProcrastinationQueen Sure, but Jazza didn't lose money on this. He purchased these animations to build a video around. Regardless of their quality. I'm pretty sure he knew they'd be janky. It is sad that many more or less talented artists do not get the credit, payment or ratings they deserve, while weak and overpriced offers often get boosted by algorythm...
thats what scammers do, they order stuff then take the product and cancel order. fiverr or other market place will always take the buyers side no matter what
@@Sifat_Rashid and sometimes those scammers are other fivrr artists
yep something unfortunate happened to me too as an artist.

Is the color what you wanted, or are you looking for something darker/lighter/with more contrast?"
I think it would make a difference if, when commissioning art on Fiverr, you tell them "I'd like something that looks like this animation trailer you posted. Is that possible in this time frame/for this price?" And when they give you something that looks like a stop-motion Poser figure, you can say "That's not what I paid for."
You make art vids right? maybe try and animate some art and edit it at the beginning of ur videos
I think the point of this video doesn’t showcase Fiver is a waste rod money, but rather spending $300 for 3D animation is going to get you crummy quality. Animation takes a lot of time and work. For high quality you need to think about spending at least over $1,000 if not more.
Can we just appreciate how much jazza appreciates other artists??

Or his breathing privileges
If you think that's how marriage should work, never get married. Regardless, this is his job. He makes these videos with (sometimes) money from sponsors and receives money via adsense here on youtube per number of views on ads before and during a video. What he puts in to produce a video is likely less than he makes off of the video in the end.
That would actually be domestic abuse, if wife or someone else in the family is telling how an adult person can use his/her money. xD
Pretty sure he's using business money for this, not personal. He's also only doing this because he knows he'll turn a profit.
