It will give you more distance and you will become more accurate if you drop them hands down . Watching this again I hope your parents get you fitted for your clubs soon. You should start choking down on the grip on your woods. Please fix them wrists. Hey parents if her coach doesn't fix her swing I'm available for lessons. And if your real serious we can talk about her future and full time private coaching. Someone needs to direct her before bad habits get ingrained into her swing. She has a future in golf if you start taking care of her now. Good luck. Keep your head down. And for your putting start building a routine before each putt. Maybe 1 practice putt while your looking at your line. A good rule to remember is for every inch you take your putter back that 1 yard(3 feet) the ball will roll. Keep your head down on your putting. Don't follow your bank by looking up or you will miss your line. I hope your coach is teaching you this stuff.
She needs to choke down on the grip on her woods and relax her wrists they are too upright. A little bend in the knees and that should help her out. Your chipping you should be thinking soft hands and use a putting stroke as if you had a 50-70 foot putt if it's between 30 and 20 yards. Anything closer you just use a softer swing. You'll get it. You got a good foundation. You just need a few tweaks and you'll be smashing it down the middle! I'll check back in a month.
