Psyche begets psyche. I had the pleasure of watching @rohanlageweg and @aval.ange take some nasty falls on this boulder. Whether it's by seeing someone fall in love with a boulder, trying hard, or feeling some competitive juices get stirred up, I'm realizing I get easily inspired by my friends.
I remember trying this boulder during the covid times with a couple of my earliest climbing partners and being baffled at how hard and scary it felt. Having done the boulder almost a year ago and looking at the footage now, it brings up bittersweet emotions for me. About fond memories, friends I see less of or don't get to climb with anymore, how far I've come since the last time I was here, and the people I get to climb with now 🥲. What a journey.
