Jared this is a long waited video. Congratulations! All Real Estate companies focus on sell houses, however, buying a house in Canada means at first building a solid credit score, know the region and adapt. Those 3 things are especially hard for immigrant family, which I presume is the majority of people moving to Alberta. Having said that, I see great opportunity for the Chamberlain Real State Group to explore this market through more videos about rentals. I bet you have a great audiente from the abroad planning to move there. When this happen you already have the "leads". Contacting and helping those leads establishing themselves in the region will keep you ready to sell homes to them without much effort in the future. I hope this is the strategy behind this "rental videos". If I am correct I would encourage you to connect with people in this category (people from abroad moving to Calgary in the incoming months) and map a "customer journey". This will be easier since immigrants would love to land at Calgary and get a coffee with familiar faces teach them how local things can work at the best for them.
Keep up the great work.
Thx for commenting… people moving here, or anywhere for that matter, typically rent first then buy. It’s only over the past two years that so many bought without renting. Even though that may continue, the subject is timely and needed. 😃
Impressed 😊
I think humanity is starting to realize that owning a home doesn’t have the benefits that it used to… Much like the idea of getting a job buying a home getting car getting married and having children , those ideas or out the window owning a home traps you to one place and keeps you enslaved to work to pay for it …considering the cost of increasing property taxes increasing home insurance and mortgage rates…. There is a sense of freedom in renting saving investing until you’re looking for a place to move permanently/retire
Interesting. Regardless of ownership or renting, costs of the home will rise and the owner living there or the tenant will pay it… if renting is for you then that’s the best choice for your lifestyle. 🙌 thank you for taking time to comment!!
Thanks Chamberlain, cost of renting or even buying a house in CA is soooo expensive now. but what would you advice, renting a house or buying one as regards to new immigrants?
Thanks for the comment. Honestly, it comes down to what’s best for you. We’ll have a video coming out in a week or two about buying or renting and what’s better so stay tuned for that!
My first view of any video.

Hello sir,
Do you help renting out, like do you provide property management services. Thnks
Our team doesn’t offer property management services. Sorry.
Hi we're want to rent for family of 4 .... Its there a community just outside calgary to the west that we can look at that may be less expensive? Please let me know. Thanks.
Hello! Depends on how far out but going west typically is more expensive than going east or north. Cochrane may be a choice for you to look at.

Why not Facebook Marketplace? It's very useful here in GTA 🙂
