... "starving for an authentic life" JB says the most powerful things with a few concise words. Since the 70's I've always loved his mind and the way he expresses his ideas.
I keep one of these reusable bottles handy everywhere whether im at my computer desk or for when I pack my lunch thanks to JB. Im going to save money from this over time too!
Have stopped drinking bottled water since becoming aware of how mindlessly polluting this practice is. That happened mainly because of a link on JB's website. These days, i'm buying plastic-packaged stuff only when no alternative is offered. When confronted with a plastic-only packaging situation, ask yourself if you really need to buy the stuff anyway. Let us get to that critical mass that will ignite a global chain reaction against plastic by setting an example in our everyday lives.
I love Jackson Browne, he makes wonderful music, and uses what little attention and fame he has to raise awareness for good causes- everything from human rights to helping people to protecting the environment
I totally agree with this but the tap water it's not just any tap water. For instance it sure does not come from Boron tap water. That would be pure poison. Regardless plastic is so unnecessary with the majority of its applications.
Soon as I saw the title I knew the direction this would take; that he'd be up on his soapbox making a statement. JB never lets fame go to his head... or go to waste. One of my top 10 all-time songmakers... There've been a few times I've wished that, in song, he'd leave his soapbox behind. But it comes with the man. All to the good. ..love be true... how long, how strong. ...Anyway...
yea Jackson i love your environmental ethic- even more than your music (which i also love). your right we are running out of time to go sustainable in energy and lifestyle. sincerely www.dogpoweredscooter.com
I believe that part of the problem of our polar caps melting is that we, as a planet. have too much water bottled up. My theory goes as thus...If you are thirsty and have no water but a lot of ice, what would you do? I would melt the ice to drink it. Maybe, just maybe, that is what our planet is trying to do too. I too do not drink bottled water.
I can't help but think this latest cause is a lot of his girlfriend's doing. She creates her art using plastic bags and also started some plastic awareness organization. She's redirecting his attention from the far more important causes he cares about and using his fame to help her own cause. Not to mention that she continues to use plastic as her medium. Since plastic doesn't biodegrade, what will happen to her work when someone wants to throw it away? This whole thing reminds me too much of A. Jolie who manipulated Brad into parroting everything she says. Rubs me the wrong way.
@martymfla So funny is.. The "bottled" water comes from the same place we drink it... Out of faucets... They are just making money from the poor SAPS who buy it. But... Its a TRENDY Thing I guess..... I myself, drink tap water!
Thanks Jackson
Thank you for all you do.

Jackson Brown resembles a husky canine. He looks so majestic and beautiful. I think he gets more and more handsome with age.
cosmetic surgery didn't hurt him that much either. I would love to hear him talk about what work he had done and why he had it done.
Nice to see this awareness
JB is so right about all of this - like the way he talks about his beliefs as usual.

And putting sodium flouride and eventually Lithium in it. Mmmmm enjoy!
fluoride is good for your teeth and nobody is putting lithium in water. and the Illuminati does not control Earth, capice?
I guess you could say when Jackson Browne needs to refill his metal water bottle, he's...
