Please note: Gyroflow can be used with either WalkSnail OR HDZero to provide excellent image stabilization, so there is really no reason to add an additional camera! The gyro data provides the same type of image stabilization as a GoPro. Some say it is even better.

Those both seem great but I'm continuously impressed by the 360 go camera! Might have to add one of those to my mtb rides for some different angles than my usual chest mount gopro. Will it lift reminds me of a couple tests I did with cheap drones trying to lift a go pro - 1 did, 1 didn't even budge.

Cetus is designed to learn FPV. Meteor is what you jump to after the Cetus.

How does the Meteor 85 compares to the Mobula 8? I am very happy with my analog M8 but wish to move to HDzero in that format
OMG Captain !!! I have got a headache !!!!; another review of these amazing "little" Drones; its very difficult for "newbies" (like me!!) to these types of Drones to work out what might be the best option !!!; regardless, many thanks for posting and more homework !!!!
If you can’t fly yet get the Cletus pro, if you can then one of these is perfect 👍
If you want to record in nice footage then something a bit bigger that can carry a small action camera with no problems or has a dji air unit 👍 being new ( or not ) and over weighting a quad is always gunna end in tears 😭 😂👍🤝

Nice review. I curious how you think the Meteor 85 compares to the Flywoo Firefly 2S Nano Baby 20 that you reviewed a few months back. I know they are different styles of drone (one's a big whoop, the other's a small toothpick drone) but they are both in the "2 inch, 2S" class and are similar in a number of ways.
Yes, very different and not really head to head comparable.
I repair these motors all the time all you have to do is remove the small peice of black heatshrink thats at the base where the wires come out at and you can resolder it ....I have to resolder all three sometimes

Comparing the Meteor whoops with the Cetus whoops ( Pro & X) , what can you say about the flight performance?
Cetus is designed to learn on. The 75/85 are your next step after you have learned to fly FPV.
Throw the Cetus in the trash and buy a Meteor75 pro analog.

Brushless motors last pretty much forever. Perhaps you are thinking of “brushed” motors, like in most home work tools.

@@eugeneaustin it may have been the 4-in-1 ESC as brushless motors don’t burn out. Now, an ESC can certainly burn out due to voltage spikes.

No favourite places as I simply flying everywhere. Since I am Transport Canada certified, I make sure I fly in locations that don't annoy humans.

Hmmm… I’m sure there is but I’m not super experienced in HD Zero and the only box goggles I’ve tried were from EMax.

I have DJI mini is there away to fly in restricted areas on like a safe mode or something? My building is near an airport and we are doing construction that I’d like to film with drone. Any help is appreciated
Do a search for the DJI no fly zone application website. You fill out a form & send it to DJI and they send you a code to unlock the no fly zone for a short period of time.

Hello Captain drone, i want to ask you if there is battery for cinerace20 DJI 03 that can fly at least 10 minutes
If you jump to 18650 batteries you may get 10 minutes, but very little power for speed/freestyle.

Quick question is the drone compatible with frsky x7 controller? Im confused because it says SPI frsky.
Hmmm.... not sure exactly. SPI usually just means the binding process is within BETAFLIGHT CONFIGURATOR on the RECEIVER TAB vice binding it physically by pressing a button (i.e., the SPI receiver is built into the flight controller).
You didn't mention that spi elrs is not supported by the elrs devs. Unless something has changed.
Hello Captain Drone. Can the Meteor85 be connected to the RadioMaster Pocket? I mean, do both ELRS protocols have the same version? If not, is it possible to update the quad receiver software?
The POCKET is newer than the METEOR so they may not be on the same ELRS Firmware version.

Is there a way to learn all the technical terms? I want to strat FPS, I have the budget - around ~40hr sim (TX16S) and want Digital goggles (DJI?)
But everytime I watch any video, I'm flooded by so many numbers and words, the board the receiver transmitter ect

This may help:
A Transmitter is the same as a Radio and is the same as a Controller.
A Transmitter sends a signal to the Receiver, and a Receiver is what is placed in a drone and it sends signals to the Flight Controller.
In the world of RECEIVERS, each type talks a different language, so the TRANSMITTER and RECEIVER have to speak the same language. In the world of RECEIVERS we now have ELRS, CROSSFIRE, DJI, FR SKY.
An ESC is a circuit board that accepts voltage and then sends pulsing voltage to your drones motors at super fast speeds because all 4 motors on drones constantly change speeds every millisecond.
When it comes to a Video signal that gives an image there is ANALOG and DIGITAL. In the DIGITAL world we now have DJI, HD ZERO and WALKSNAIL.

Hi captian drone I like this drone but 1 problem I'm haviung is where I live we get high winds and I own a cetus pro frsky and a meteor 75 pro frsky and I'm thinking about this one but worried about thoes high winds will this drone work for high winds I mean like wind strong enough to blow off your hat? and I was thinking maybe a 2s battery drone would handle that wind?
These are designed to be indoor drones or outdoor with very little wind drones.

@@williamfreeze3924 Correct, look for an FPV drone with a minimum of 3" props. 4" would be best if very windy. And if you wish to carry a gopro in the wind then you need a drone with 5" to 7" props.

Will the betafpv 1s 450 fit in the frame of the 75mm pro frame.
It is all about the battery connector and not the size as you can easily modify the frame to fit any size of small battery.
@@CAPTAINDRONE798Yes, I built my own custom one with 1002’s 22k with gnb 1s450 27 connector I had to mod mine to fit with a zip tie. I just don’t want to chop my frame up unless I have to.

My ELRS 85 will not enter wifi I’ve tried connecting and also clicking the bottom button but not popping up. Am I Missing a step?

Odd enough BetaFPV does not always follow convention. The Meteor 75 has a wheelbase of 81mm. Also my BetaFPV 95X oddly has a wheelbase of 100mm. Not sure their intention.

Cetus X is designed for beginners. M85 is what you fly after the Cetus X.
