Then you can invest all the other pals to mining, kindling and transport. You can leave the game running forever and just come back every so often to tell them to smelt ingots in the same mining base and just bring the ingots to your main base. You can also fully move the rock mining, tree cutting and crusher facilities to the mining bases and remove it from your main base, opening space on your main base.
I wondered what the issue was in my bases but it seems like you're right. My pals began getting depressed when I removed one of the baths to move it to a different base

The fact that the Jetragon fight lasted over 3 ingame days and nights is insane, that thing is the most intense boss battle i have ever seen since Elden ring. Winners win.
You have to have the assign button showing to assign a pal to a specific job. It's tricky because simply looking at the object doesn't always mean it's going to assign them.
The problems with that pal are the cooldowns! You have selected all high powered attacks, so once he goes through all three of them, he has to wait a while before the cooldowns reset. That's why he just flies around for a while.
Pro tip, split your feed box stacks so your pals dont fill it(e.g. I put salad in first slot and split jelly toast in remaining slots). Make a fridge so they fill that with your food.
Placed the grinder to close at the edge of your base circle!!! The big water pall stands behind the grinding wheel to spit water on the wheel to make it work...that means the pal will go stand behind the grinder where it is out of your base space and that's why it doesn't create grinding stuff.... Replace the grinder and you see!!!
Also, reminder that you can just fuse copies of pals and increase their working levels. Since their models are smaller they don't get stuck as often like the big ass beefcakes you deploy. Just go on a catch-spree of cats and monkes, literally start throwing blue balls like a machinegun, fuse them all into one, increase their stars and the monkes or cats will be high enough to mine ore for you, plus stronger to defend the base. I was getting tired of some bosses being unable to pass a single gate or getting stuck on their own beds, started to fuse MONKES so they can mine ore.
@@Zelestios mining increases in level as well as far as im aware, so if you fuse enough, they can go from mining 1 to mining 3 max. I recently learned this, but to fuse up to 3 or 4 requires so many copies
@@Zelestios Yup, both stats increase, defense, attack, HP and their working levels by doing the copy fusing thing, but they require quite a lot of them. I don't mean they'll get super stronger, but they'll be significantly more beefed and keep their tiny size. If you want them stronger just keep them in your team for a little while you go out and do whatever they'll jump in level to catch up to you in no time. Just be ready to catch like.... 40+ copies of them lol. But at this point I'm sure you can tap them with the spear twice, throw ball, tap the next, throw ball, like immediately. And if you have 2 Vixen's in your ranch they'll dig up for you blue pal spheres for free.
A lot of misinformation here. When you fuse all the way up to 4 stars (116 of the same pal), you gain ONE level on all their tasks. Someone like Anubis, who isn't big and has Mining 3, is going to mine much faster (2x+) than a low tier pal condensed up to Mining 2. And that's ignoring the fact that you can breed 116 anubises and give anubis Mining 4.
I've been running a dedicated server for the past 2+ weeks. They just get stuck, so they starve, get sick and depressed. All easy fixes, but the pathing still needs to be improved even after this update. The update improved it a bit, but it's still pretty bad.
Get the back bonus(throw balls on their backside) when capturing pals. It will increase your capture rate, also use stun baton, when pals are stunned capture rate increases
Man, this game. I spent hours breeding for the right speed perks on mounts, and for a full attack boosted pal. I’m near endgame at level 49… but the thing is I just can’t stop playing!
Also, if you want them to automatically put food in cooler/fridges, you can fill all slots in food basket with cotton candy except the first slot you fill with the food you want them to eat (I use pizza as it improves their work rate while keeping them full longer) and have the cooler/fridge built nearby for the ranch/plantation food products.
The beginning felt like a manager coming into work the morning after closing shift got a 10:30 Friday night burst and everyone went home but 2 teenagers that already shut half of everything down 😂😂
There’s something odd to how they work even you’re gone. From what I’ve read, pals go idle when you’re too far away from base, thus they don’t eat, get depressed and what not. Tested this out a few times on my dedicated server. Had three bases, one for building, one farming, one mining. Eventually built all bases close enough to run all at the same time. I’ve been putting them back in the box when I log off
Don't think he'll see this but for anyone else, if you have your mill and crusher at the edge of your base, spin them around. The pals spray them from the back. Your pals wont work them very efficiently if they have to "be outside" of your base.
Asmon based on my knowledge the capture chance for balls decreases the higher the level becoming 20% at lvl 25 and it usually take a minimum of 5-15 spheres to catch something if you get lucky
Baking berries is an absolute must. All your pals are low on sanity since them not being rendered can prevent them from getting to the hotsprings to recover. But they will eat, and all processed food gives sanity. Raw berries are just such a waste, have one more Suzaku or something in your base and it will be fine.
The medicine cures them. Depending on what state they are depends on which medicine. Part of the game being broken makes top end content extra difficult. You're meant to have a 10% bonus to capture from lifmunk
Gotta admit, I'm impressed none of his Pals incapped overnight. I left my game running for 30 minutes one time and I came back to 2 unconscious, 3 starving, and 1 developed a fracture.
It's not 30% more damage, but 30% more base attack which is then multiplied by passive bonuses. Now your Jetdragon has over double attack congrats. Curious to see how much hp and def he can get.
Anubis will mine ore, sulfer or paldium if you build your base on top of it. There are a few places with lots of those close together that you can build a mining base on.
Every time I spawn into my base I always reset all my pals by swapping them out then back in. They usually all run directly for food after I do that. It's been keeping them all alive and well. If you do that after AFK farming you'd probably alleviate a lot of the issues. Then just use medicine for the rest of them.
the jetragon fight is how i picture a realistic pokemon battle, trainer in danger , recalling pokemon before they get hit and throwing them back out behind. gamefreak really needs to take notes
If you're not, you should be feeding your PALS at the base at least the salad mix. Each one they eat will give them sanity (or whatever its called) and that will stop them from getting depressed and having eating disorders for the most part. They get depressed because all you feed them is berries, although if you cook the berries they will at least restore 1 sanity for each one eaten.
For maximum work uptime, you can make them salads with lettuce and tomatoes. Each gives over 80 nutrition and 11 sanity, so the Pals can keep working without issue for the most part, unless they get stuck. As for dealing with Jetragon, I'd highly recommend taking some strong fire Pals and going after Frostallion first, since ice is strong against dragon. Also, poison and fire DoTs are your best friend, since they do 10% max health damage on everything except tower bosses.
Woke up this morning and realized I had down the exact same thing. Recovered both bases, and going to watch this one now. Base #1 (Left unsupervised): While productive suffered a lot of status effects. Base #2 (Where I had stayed): About 80% of the pals were incapacited from raids. Only one status effect. Summary: Time to invest more in backups of the strongesst medicine for when I leave the game running for too long.
I see a lot of people say the cooked berries aren't worth it, but they are. 1 sanity regen doesn't seem like much, but neither is the nutrition level. So while they're not getting much per berry, they're eating lots of berries, so it balances out. It's plenty to keep their sanity levels up on just that alone. Also I built my Ragnahawk the same way he has his Beakon. My Ragnahawk I use for self damage, rather than its own kit. Swift/Runner/Nimble/Vanguard, and 5 stars to boost my damage and make it fire while mounted. The bird itself is worthless in a fight but it gets me where I'm going and boosts my personal damage to crazy amounts. 5 star roughly doubles my base damage.
If you want them to work harder when you leave the game open you have to stand just outside of your base radius. Raids only spawn if you stand inside and pals work a lot slower if you're far enough for them to despawn.
When there is nothing to load the base and the Pals when you log off for singleplayer or (restart) for multiplayer, all the pals stand next to the palbox and slowly die of insanity.
Honestly not the worst thing to come back to. Dedicated servers have this problem constantly. I usually have to store my pals in the box to avoid them getting all fucked up. I could have thousands of cooked food items in the pal food box, clear out all obstacles, and do everything to ensure sanity is up. They will all be sitting unconscious in front of my pal box. I only leave them out if I’m online and around the base. For some reason pal pathing gets fucked when offline.
there is no pathing when offline, pals doesn't exist outside players view(not render related) distance(300m?). So they can't work(eat), but their needs still simulated overtime. On populated servers its not such big problem since players load pals time to time. Its controlled by "bEnableNonLoginPenalty" and "BuildObjectDeteriorationDamageRate" settings, so bases extinct over time without owners interaction. For coop/private dedicated servers it better to be turned off.
Cotton candy keeps the pals from noticing they’re slaving away also you need to make sure they are leveled up enough to fight off raids because they do get attacked when you aren’t there
That battle was awesome! I have no idea how you did that! It looked sooo crazy! I will never be able to do that so I am so dang impressed, good work man!
This happened to me once, All my good pals were either unconscious, or slapped with TWO purple statuses, requiring either the pills, or the syringe to work, assembling them makes you not want to touch any of that.
pal always "stick" together when u reload everytimes and go into the world, until they fix the ai pathing, big pal tend to get stuck randomly, the games could leave it be 24/7 by hosting coop/sp urself or in a dedicated server, just make the food that raise more san like jam bread or salad
just a headsup for mining, digtoise are one of the best for mining, the bug that was making them not deal damage was fixed, they no longer do only 1 damage to ores
Something hilarious about watching the supervisor in him come out when that one pal couldnt even produce a single paldium fragment lol
The 6k berries right after had me in tears
That's because it's to close at the edge of his base space....the pal to water it stands behind the wheel so if that spot is out of your base area....it doesn't do the job....the 70% done for 1 paladium ore could have been done by a small pall who actualy fit bihind the wheel

You can leave the game running forever and just come back every so often to tell them to smelt ingots in the same mining base and just bring the ingots to your main base.
You can also fully move the rock mining, tree cutting and crusher facilities to the mining bases and remove it from your main base, opening space on your main base.
He's not gonna read all that lol
No backseating
Or just cook the berries 😂
I wondered what the issue was in my bases but it seems like you're right. My pals began getting depressed when I removed one of the baths to move it to a different base
@@jonkalv7808cooked berries improve them significantly?
Food can affect sanity too.
Red berries don't add sanity.
Baked berries give some sanity.
Try to feed the pals some food that that adds sanity.
1:12:00 crushers can only be worked from one direction, asmon has the crusher facing the woods and the water pal is too to squeeze between the trees to reach the work area
Fr why would he flip it 180° when he built it 😂
@@DarrkSixxThe crusher can only be operated from behind, I don't know if it's a bug or not, but you have to rotate it 180° yourself for it to work properly
@@OrchidAlloy weird I haven't had issues with that. To be fair though I usually make my work stations with a lot of room around them for pals to work and path around
The fact that the Jetragon fight lasted over 3 ingame days and nights is insane, that thing is the most intense boss battle i have ever seen since Elden ring. Winners win.
You have to have the assign button showing to assign a pal to a specific job. It's tricky because simply looking at the object doesn't always mean it's going to assign them.
yeah for the mill and the crusher it works better if they are backwards, since it seems the assign spot is easily accessible from the back
@babysmoochie Right, it's just like my ex-girlfriend, easily accessible from the back.
The problems with that pal are the cooldowns! You have selected all high powered attacks, so once he goes through all three of them, he has to wait a while before the cooldowns reset. That's why he just flies around for a while.
What a legend, not a single Pal died
Bro spent half an hour catching that boss lol
If you would have had woolipops (x4) in a ranch and fed your pals only cotton candy, they'd be pretty much immune to the debuffs

Totally deserved victory
Pro tip, split your feed box stacks so your pals dont fill it(e.g. I put salad in first slot and split jelly toast in remaining slots). Make a fridge so they fill that with your food.
pro pro tip, fill the other slots with non-perishables like honey or cotton candy so they'll never spoil and you only need one per slot.
My automation efficacy is exponential. Not worried about expiration myself personally. I just keep next best in slot food item.
@@snazzynasty1493 still no point in keeping multiple stacks of food that'll spoil where they can't be accessed by pals.
@@callmecharlie4250 yeah, no tangible benefit. Correct, sir.
Asmongold pal sweatshops incorporated
This game does make you feel like your running a slave plantation.
With occasional hot tub breaks for the slaves
Also, reminder that you can just fuse copies of pals and increase their working levels. Since their models are smaller they don't get stuck as often like the big ass beefcakes you deploy.
Just go on a catch-spree of cats and monkes, literally start throwing blue balls like a machinegun, fuse them all into one, increase their stars and the monkes or cats will be high enough to mine ore for you, plus stronger to defend the base.
I was getting tired of some bosses being unable to pass a single gate or getting stuck on their own beds, started to fuse MONKES so they can mine ore.
By increase stats do you mean stats like attack or stats like mining
nice tip, Imma try this
@@Zelestios mining increases in level as well as far as im aware, so if you fuse enough, they can go from mining 1 to mining 3 max.
Who you using to host??
@@Hap3nishost havoc has had my shit up for days 24/7
@@deon7521 hell yeaaa, appreciate the infos.
Lmao when the blue snake thingy just took off.. my experience in a nutshell with a lot of them.
30 minute boss fight jeez
Get the back bonus(throw balls on their backside) when capturing pals. It will increase your capture rate, also use stun baton, when pals are stunned capture rate increases
It rolled Ferocious too. Very nice.
Genuinely impressed with that jetdragon fight
Awesome fight against the Jetragon.
Man, this game.
I spent hours breeding for the right speed perks on mounts, and for a full attack boosted pal.
I’m near endgame at level 49… but the thing is I just can’t stop playing!
the crusher is at the edge and the location that the pal would be assigned to is outside the palbox range so they wont work it.
You need more Anubis, get buildings and walls at your base, breed your pals and get more egg incubators
At least cook the berries and put them in the first slot in the food baskets, will help a little on the sanity
And they go back to eat less
The beginning felt like a manager coming into work the morning after closing shift got a 10:30 Friday night burst and everyone went home but 2 teenagers that already shut half of everything down 😂😂
This is why a war had to be fought to end slavery.
dang those pals is suffering
if you store cake in the breeding pen it doesn't spoil.
You're a life saver
🎶Nobody know what it's like, to be the sad man, without any pals 🎶
Asmon based on my knowledge the capture chance for balls decreases the higher the level becoming 20% at lvl 25 and it usually take a minimum of 5-15 spheres to catch something if you get lucky
lifmunk power also has the opposite effect than planned based on other peoples findings.
🎶"Day's never finished, master makes me working, one day master sets me freeee" 🎶
Can't believe that final fight took him so long I actually got 3 adds all at different times during the whole fight 😂
The fact that grown men play this game blows my mind.
People play Tetris.
The mill and grinder work best when spun around backwards because the pals work them from that side.
Uncooked Berries don't provide any sanity. Cook the darn berries
*Sees pokemon all fucked up, sees how many resources they got*
Asmon: That's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
I love watching people play this game. As someone who was super disappointed with Pokemon shield this looks so much better!
yoo that fight with the jetdragon had me having flashbacks of asmon doing a monster hunter run lmao
Anubis will mine ore, sulfer or paldium if you build your base on top of it. There are a few places with lots of those close together that you can build a mining base on.
you know those campfires next to your incubators dont do anything unless there is a roof right?
Every time I spawn into my base I always reset all my pals by swapping them out then back in. They usually all run directly for food after I do that. It's been keeping them all alive and well.
If you do that after AFK farming you'd probably alleviate a lot of the issues. Then just use medicine for the rest of them.
sweeper is the most powerful one you can get
21:16 Wow. I did not know that you could switch attacks on your palls! Thanks!
I gotta say that the Jetdragon battle was one of the best battles I've seen you do... That was amazing content good sir.
the jetragon fight is how i picture a realistic pokemon battle, trainer in danger , recalling pokemon before they get hit and throwing them back out behind. gamefreak really needs to take notes
For some reason even with max mining/logging skill pals will prioritize built mining and logging nodes over base map respawning nodes.
Hearing a man say, out loud, with complete seriousness, "Anubis has an eating disorder" made me cackle like an idiot.
For 3 days he fought that Dragon!
Now that was a good capture and you kept your Pals from dying. Good job!
That Astegon was HYPE! Great video as always loved watching!
Catching Pals gets way more materials than killing them. Go to the low level Surfents and manta ray things to get 4-6 fluids at a time.
LMAO, such a roller coaster of a battle "We're good!....... NO I'M F****D! No we're pretty good!"
Your pals need to eat food that increases sanity and then they won’t end up needing medicines
2024: "Eat your Pals"
2025: "My buddy is eating me"
This happened to me once, All my good pals were either unconscious, or slapped with TWO purple statuses, requiring either the pills, or the syringe to work, assembling them makes you not want to touch any of that.
pal always "stick" together when u reload everytimes and go into the world, until they fix the ai pathing, big pal tend to get stuck randomly, the games could leave it be 24/7 by hosting coop/sp urself or in a dedicated server, just make the food that raise more san like jam bread or salad
The pals actually refresh to new ones after you go a certain distance with them off screen
just a headsup for mining, digtoise are one of the best for mining, the bug that was making them not deal damage was fixed, they no longer do only 1 damage to ores
